clean, small, but nice”

Hiratsuka itself is not very attractive. I live in Japan and sometimes I come here to go to the beach (15 min walk from the station) In greater Tokyo/Yokohama all budget hotels are small. If you come here with not too much luggage and if you have things to do near Hiratska, it's a perfect place. Don't forget, it's not designed as a Resort Hotel for foreign tourists.

If you need a no frills hotel - no swimming pool, no restaurant, no shops inside the hotel, but with comfort, accessibility to public transportation and good location, then go to this hotel !

Decent and convenient”

As far as Japan goes, it was great value. Staff were good, but could be an issue for non-Japanese speakers. No early check in allowed was a bit annoying after a long flight and trip from Narita.

Excellent”

Room is tidy but clean. There is simple Japanese breakfast. Hotel is in good location where you can reach station within 3 min.

Convenient and good enough for what I needed. As expected. Small rooms but that is to be expected for Japan. Excellent internet as as with most places in Japan, near a train station.

This hotel is located in city center, and right in front of train station. Very convenient to go anywhere, drug store, restaurants...etc.

La entrada al hotel es muy tarde, la salida muy temprano, es ideal para ir a una junta de negocios por una dia. No tienen servicios de alimentos, ni lavandería, la limpieza de los cuartos es solo opcional pero no hacen ninguna concesión si no se hace la limpieza.

Comfortable”

Spacious and clean room with a good view of the station and plenty of natural light. The blackout curtains were also effective and I slept well. The breakfast has changed from rice balls to a buffet style where you can fill up your own container, and it's delicious. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Hiratsuka.

清潔感があって、部屋で過ごすのはとても快適でした。また利用したいと思ってます。 残念だったのは、エレベーターがなかなか来ないのと、利用するお客さんがエレベーターの中にぎゅうぎゅう詰めになるまで乗り込んできたこと。朝食時にも混雑していたことです。アメニティにヘアブラシがあったら良かったと思いました。

　ベッドの硬さは丁度良いのですが、スプリングの音がキーキー鳴ります。 　朝ごはんが付いてますが、それなりです。 フロントの対応が丁寧です。 喫煙フロアと禁煙フロアと別れているのが良いです。

出発時間が早く、朝食開始時間より前にでることになっなが パンとコピーはセルフで出していて 助かった。

朝早い出発で朝食が食べられなかったのが残念ですが、快適に過ごせました

AM6時30分から朝食ですが、10分前から長蛇の列、もう少し早くから無理ですか？ 折角、朝食付きでも時間が掛かり結局、食事が出来ませんでした。

平塚駅周辺に用事があって来るならそう悪くないチョイスだと思いました。 部屋は当然狭いけど想定内で問題なし。 掃除とか部屋のセットアップは普通に行き届いてる。 フロントスタッフはダメじゃないけどまあこんなもんかなレベル、ホテルマンの言葉遣いじゃないけど普通に親切。 無料朝食は「あー無料だなー」レベル。 総評として、また利用するかと言われると非常に微妙、嫌じゃないけど好んでは行かない、かな。 どこか突出して良いトコがあればぜひ褒めたいんですけど。。。
