Good value for location - 5min walk from Monorail line that links to Haneda airport. Also easy access to Odaiba via Rinkan line. Be wary checkin is only allowed from 1600 and breakfast can resemble a zoo.

外国人または英語を話すスタッフが多いし値段も手頃なので、外国人観光客に人気です。 宿泊客の数に対して朝食会場が狭いので、朝食は混み合います。 しかし部屋に持ち帰れるようにお弁当ケースも用意してあるので、部屋でゆっくり食べられて便利です。

駅近で利便性が高く無料の朝食付き”
天王洲アイルから東武4分と非常に利便性が高く、期待はしていたかったのだから無料の朝食は付いておりコスパが良い。 ただ朝食会場が非常に混雑しており、テーブルも施設の食堂のような狭い感じであまり雰囲気が良くはなかった。

フロントに行くと一人はいつも電話を受けており、もう一人は客に目も合わせず手続きをこなすような雰囲気。一事が万事でサービスという文字は一切無視したようなホテル。いかにビジネスホテルとはいえ他はもっとましと思うが・・・。スタッフには期待せず、HP等で自分で調べて利用すべき。

住宿品質”
我住兩天，明明住的是禁菸房，但是還是有菸味，詢問櫃台，回覆是房間全滿無法更換⋯⋯真的臭的我睡不著，房間桌上還擺著煙灰缸⋯⋯。第二天住宿回飯店發現有人整理房間，我自己攜帶的毛巾用一天就不見了⋯⋯無語。優點有免費接駁車可以到品川車站，提供DHC的保養品試用包，離天王州島車站也不遠，方便去豐洲市場。總之對於煙味這件事情，真的不太能接受。
