The hotel is just 100m from train station. Room is clean, comfortable and facilities are in good order. The room is a little bit small that I have to for put my baggage on the floor. The buffet breakfast is good.

I loved the location of the hotel. The breakfast had lots of selections but little to no options for vegetarians or vegans. It would be great if they could add some fruit options or even vegetables that aren’t mixed in with meat. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay.

this hotel is the perfect location, especially if you are doing tateyama-kurobe alpine route. if you have to wake up super early, the hotel is like a 2 minute walk from dentetsu toyama. the rooms look nice but i found hairs and a pube in my bathroom and the walls are thin enough i could hear someone snoring. so bring wipes and earplugs i guess.

I have nothing to criticize about this hotel Value for money: It was very affordable for a place that beautiful. It was very affordable especially considering that I went there during golden week. Location: perfectly right in front of Toyama station Cleanliness: Super clean. Everything was immaculate. The bathroom and the bedroom were perfectly clean. Staff: The staff was very helpful. I booked a room for one and after my friend was not satisfied with her accommodation, asked that I stayed with her for just a little addition to the money I had already paid and the hotel allowed us. They gave us an extra blanket and the double bed in the bedroom was big enough for the two of us. Thank you. Facilities: Free breakfast in the morning was great!!! I had everything I needed. I have nothing to complain about. I would definitely stay again if I had to visit Toyama or stay at other locations of this hotel chain. I would definitely recommend this place. Located about 3-min walk away from JR Toyama Station, the hotel seems pretty new and clean. This is a refreshing change from the previous Toyoko Inn I was staying. Room is spacious and clean as it is new. Highly recommended for travelers who are stopping in Toyama. Near the hotel are various eateries. Excellent choice!

It’s exactly opposite of Toyama JR n dentetsu Toyama (btw this 2 station is side by side each other. Direction- step out of station, look to your left, u will see . Room - size comfy for solo, is a new hotel so everything is new. Amenities- fridge, cup, boiler, towels n toothbrush, soap n shampoo dispenser, no shower cap n others. Breakfast- simple but nice ( no complain since is free) Staff- junior staff do not understand English but apologetic, senior staff understand but ignore even seeing junior staff struggling. So don’t bother to ask for help or any questions if you are not Japanese. ( I noticed Japanese guest get different treatment from senior staff) Will I recommend or use them again, yes, because of the new building n location n provided with the promotional price I paid. But I will not consider their other branches that I had not tried, it’s all about staff training.

My second time staying at a Toyoko Inn and as usual, the hotel is great. Location is just right outside the station, the hotel staff let us drop off our luggage since we arrived early before check-in time. Japanese style breakfast buffet was included with our stay and it was a decent selection.

Perfect location, value for money”
Location is just opposite to Chiteisu Toyama Station, perfect for starting or ends from the route of Tateyama korobe alpen ! Hotel offer free breakfast, although it’s not much choice but fine for light breakfast ! In front of hotel, there’re city Tram station & hotel offers 2 free ride ticket! Staff is friendly although fair English but they still try to help!

Location is very convenient! Just accross toyama station. 2 convenient store is very near from the hotel and department store is also just accross the hotel. Room is small which is standard in japan, staff is nice and breakfast is delicious

It's a short 5 minute walk from the Toyama station which was a huge plus. Restaurants and convenience stores right below the hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Note that breakfasts are very crowded since everyone is there probably for a similar purpose and on a similar schedule.
