Location a bit far away from station, compared to other nearby hotels”
Breakfast is a bit little in terms of choice. Noise cancelling is bad between rooms, wifi is good. The staff there should improve their English for better communication.

Great location”
The hotel has great location in Toyama. Near to the JR Toyama Station and Dentetsu Toyama Station for trip to the Alpine Route. Stayed here because we booked an early morning trip to the Alpine Route. What's great is that we can do the luggage transfer to Shinano-Omachi Station (end part of the route) directly at the hotel at JPY1,300 per bag. My only gripe is the drier machine for the hotel's coin laundry. It was so slow and does'nt dry your cloth properly. Have to wait for 1 hour 30 mins to dry your clothes properly for standard JPY300 coins inserted!

Perfect Hotel for Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route”
I love their free breakfast, it's simple but tasty! Location is covinient, only few hundred metres walk from JR Toyama/ Dentetsu Toyama Station (you can see the station from the hotel's door). This make it perfect for transit hotel for those who want to start the alpine route from Toyama. As expected, rooms are small so for those who travel with kids may find it a bit crammed.

Exceptional”
Great location and close to Toyama Station. Facilities was superb. They stored our luggage for free even after we already check out. If you visiting Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, you can forward your luggage straight to the hotel which is pretty convenience for us.(we using baggage delivery service from shinano omachi to toyama). We have amazing stay here.

No frills, this hotel is located in a superb location extremely near the Toyama station. It's great for just an overnight stay to get a headstart for the alpine route early next morning. Everything you could possibly need are available in the room. Awesome!

Room is standard small, but clean. Service was good, but the earliest check-in time is on 4pm. Staff can speak English quite well. Free wifi in rooms and lobby. Near to Toyama JR Sta. Free coffee and water in the lobby. Quiet location at night. Bed is nice too. Staff service just so-so.

Good convenient budget hotel for tourists/business”
Easy access from Toyama station. This is a reliable hotel chain we have used several times throughout Japan. A very busy business hotel. Our twin room was small but not cramped and well thought-out and equipped. You can for example store two large suitcases under the beds (very unusual). Staff efficient and helpful. Breakfast very limited if you can't stomach Japanese food food in the morning. No problems during out stay (5 days over two visits) and would recommend.

This hotel chain is very popular to foreign tourist based on the price and lot of branch in almost every popular city. This hotel is not far from JR Toyama station and you can see the sign of the hotel from JR Toyama station which is easy to find.

Friendly staff clean and well equipped rooms”
The check-in was fast and the room was clean, rather modern and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and after check-out it was no problem to leave my luggage in the checkroom. The breakfast was not very varied, only the basic japanese food was available (just noodles and some vegetables, no meet, no fruits, no sweet food and only tea, water or coffee to drink). Apart from the breakfast the stay was really good, with a very high value/price rating.

Business Efficiency ”
Excellent hotel that is across the street from train station. Caters to business travelers but was very accommodating to a family as well. Not sure what else you can do in Toyama, this was a place to rest after the Alpine trail on the way to Kyoto. Free breakfast is Japanese style and Yummy!

Room was ok. Not the best but it was certainly clean and tidy. The free breakfast which tastes great was a pleasant surprise! Housekeeping and staff really do an amazing job. Just make sure you get the right hotel as there are two Toyoko Inn in Toyama.

Close to train station in a small city”
The Inn is close to the train station. In fact you can see it from the station. Toyama is such a small city that, so this inn is a fairly convenient accommodation, and is used by many local travellers too. The on the spot room rate seems to be better than what I paid Agoda bookings months ahead.

Nice Hotel near Toyama Station”
For us this hotel is nice because we travel by ourself and always took public tranportation. so it is arround 3 minutes walk to the station. the room is quite big and clean. We will come again to stay at other time if we visit toyama again
