First visit to this hotel, was impressed with the overall ambience and cleanliness. The location is perfect , everything is within walking distance. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel

Some staff need better training ”

Squeaky noise form upstairs to room on the 5th floor because the 6th floor was added on . Won’t be able to fall asleep unless guests upstairs stop moving. Service level was rocky. Female Scouser staff were very communicative while others were somewhat cold and irresponsive .

The location is not as close as it seems if you walking there after traveling by train from London and end up in Lime-street Station. But Aloft will always be one of my choices to stay when traveling around the world for their service and branding. Have a lovely restaurant in the hotel and a very nice bar located just behind the lobby. Great shower in the room and a large room that has a great overview of Liverpool city. Housekeeping was not been done as good as other Aloft that I stay but hope that their will improved it next time. Great service staff in the Front office that helps to check in and answering our question about Liverpool. Free bottled water provided in the rooms is too less as just give one bottle per room for two guests, maybe you should at least give two bottles per rooms as SOP for rooms set up. I don't think bottled water will have cost that much when I paid this rate for your rooms. Not many restaurants selection located near this hotel.

Cons: can’t believe our rooms were in basement; It really smelled in corridors; Internet no good, always disconnecting; very very limited breakfast choices; too close to train station, suffering noise from the station; Pros: room is big. Good location

Great location... room ok, no real complaints other than the view which looked directly onto another hotel/appartment and unfortunately we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. Breakfast ok, a few small hiccups, definitely could do with more selection.. Staff extremely pleasant and very helpful especially at main reception. Will definitely be back as you can walk to Matthew Street in 5mins.

Good Location New And Stylish Decoration”

The location is convenient, can walk to James Street, Liverpool One easily. The surrounding is classy with old victoria style. I am very fancy about it. And the gym room is 24 hour, very thoughtful.

Outstanding, comfortable bed and shower. Good gym facilities and room service was delicious and prompt. The lift was often slow and the grab n go option wasn't explained well. Service was super efficient and professional. Will highly recommend! 😄

Excellent city centre Hotel”

Brilliant location. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Great facilities. Would definitely stay again. One minor complaint was a considerable stain on mattress which we pointed out to reception. Otherwise just perfect.

Modern”

Superhappy with my stay at aloft. Loved the bed and the high ceilings. I might have one complaint, about the breakfast, all of the pastries were hard and dry. Obviously been placed on the servingtable for quite a while.

Weekend away”

We stayed at Aloft Liverpool for 2 nights in July and were very pleased with our choice. The location is excellent, walking distance to everything and the staff were very accommodating and polite. The rooms were a little on the small side, not helped by a large Fatboy bean bag taking up room which was unnecessary in the room and too big for it but that was our only complaint! Would stay again!
