booking confirmation the breakfast free or included deal got refused at check in, there's no communication between hotel reservation and hotel check in team, agoda customer service could not reach hotel. communication error in hotels got customers blamed for their system error. not gonna stay anymore. and super noisy, door banging noise, air con noise. room move at night didn't quite help. very unpleasant stay for expensive prices.

Stayed at Apex for one night in September 2022. Check-in was a breeze and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It's located a short walk to George's Square and the train stations.

Good location, but overpriced”
Good central location, secure and safe. Rooms super small (we had the Duplex apartment and it was tiny!), basic facilities and either they need more staff or they should prioritise any hiding that front of house and focusing on guest help is the main priority. Better value hotels in the same area with larger rooms and more attentive staff, sorry.

The two staffs I met, they are not professional.”
I requested them that I need the receipt when I checked in and checked out, I haven’t received anything until now. Also, they asked me to pay twice both of check in and out because “they said” it seems declined. If it was declined, they should tell me in the beginning.

Great Hotel, Great Location”
Situated a short walk from Queen Street Station, the hotel is handy for restaurants and shops while just a short taxi ride from the SSE Hydro and other concert venues. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was well appointed and well maintained. This is an excellent hotel.

I spent 13 days at the Apex in June/July 2018 and enjoyed my stay there. The rooms were bright and clean and comfortable. The sky tv was great , although my father who was in a different room did have problems with his tv. The view from the window was nice. Breakfast was good if a little expensive. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.

Location was awesome. Surrounded by food, shopping, places to visit. Minimalistic room. Great for a one night stop over. Easy n fast check in n out.
