I thought I had booked two rooms one for me & one for my son I am 75 year old disabled person I dont normally book on the internet but my daughter was away on holiday so I done the booking but I didn't know it was a student hostel but the manager Cicla was very helpful as was the young man Euan Once again I want to thank them for all there help

Overall very good”

The rooms were spacious and kept extremely clean. Staff exceptionally helpful. Located to lots of important attractions just around the corner from Kings Cross Station. Close to many pubs, coffee shops and bars. Only recommendation would be to have access to a kettle and microwave in the dinning room area. The breakfast was also a little bit pricy considering you can get a full cooked traditional Scottish breakfast at Whetherspoons for less than 4 quid or a bacon roll and coffee at Greggs for just over 2 quid.

Trip to Scotland”

This hostel was perfect for our few days in Glasgow and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness of the carpets”

It was noticeable that the carpets had not been cleaned in a while, main because I was able to spot bugs every once in a while and I slept on the lower bed and the dust took a hit on me the next morning!

Good”

Basic no TV but good for a night or two. Nice staff.

Put in wrong room”

Paid for and booked a standard double and when we got there we were put in a room with a bunk bed which didn't match the pictures at all. Staff said there was nothing that could be done and they couldn't change our room. Absolute joke, we literally paid for a room we didn't get.

Mükemmel”

Todo estupendo, limpieza, personal, etc. Lo único malo es el WiFi que la señal es mala.
