Good value for money. I stayed here for 3 days. Everything was clean. Staff were helpful. It's beside picadilly gardens. Location is great. You could basically walk to all parts of central Manchester. Hotel is located in Northern Quarter where there are a lot of pubs and loud music. That's the only downside, if you are bothered by that.

This hotel seems to be quite old, rooms weren't anything extra but for the money it's still worth it. We had a problem with the heating but the staff was pleasant and changed our room without any hesitation. I was a little surprised to see that there was no lighting in their rooms except for lamps on the bedside tables. Also the walls were thin so you could hear everything. However I loved the bed and sleeping there was very comfortable. Overall I enjoyed our stay.

So many poor reviews for this hotel and it’s just over picky sobby people it a nice hotel and the staff run off there feet but still so helpful polite and welcoming the 2 door men very helpful and friendly couldn’t do enough to acest us thank you soooo much looking forward to staying again

Great room, great staff, lots to do in the area. Take care when returning back and there are dark side streets, The shower does get very hot so take care. We will definitely be staying again.

Great no frills ”
A no frills hotel . A bit dated but our room was exceptionally clean and it looked like most of the corridors as well as our room had been recently painted. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast

Have stayed many times before. Location and near pubs and trams for football is great. Staff are 100 per cent helpful.

A nice stay, right beside the Christmas markets too which was an unexpected treat. Room was clean, the bed was comfy and the temperature was warm enough
