fab hotel in the right spot at the right proice ”
the city suites is a really great aparthotel it is situated smack bang in the city centre, within 350m of most attractions, rail and tram stations and department stores and the famous Xmas markets, well worth a visit. our apartment was a premium city view, it was very clean with all the amenities you could wish for, washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee making facilities, full-size oven and 4 digital hot plates. 40cm tv x 2 other facilities included a gym, swimming pool, and a nice jacuzzi to time out in. the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. I would recommend the aparthotel to any traveller to manchester as it is a 5-star hotel and lives upto those 5 star's

Everything you need”
Only stayed for one night to save travel in the morning. Location is good, bed is comfy, staff are polite, breakfast and table service great. Room was equipped with everything you need including skybox/smart tv. Didnt use the pool/gym facilities but had a look and gutted i didnt bring swimwear. Hotel validate parking which is just over the road so it reduces frim £21 to £16 for 24 hours. Would recommend.

New spacious apartment”
The room is big and clean with many kitchen facilities and the bathroom is huge as well! Conveniently located with less than 5 minutes walk to the main shopping area. Kindly note that room service is only available every 3 days

Wonderful apartment ”
Feels like your own home I wish there was more bottled water as I cannot drink tap. And also if fruit was provided that would be helpful... I was fortunate enough to be upgraded but i did leave my tripod stick accidentally i went back to check once i checked out and the member of staff couldn't locate it i wish they'd let me in to look myself.

Great location, close to Arndale centre. Staff were extremely professional and helpful. Room was spacious and clean and had the pool and jacuzzi all to myself in the morning. Highly recommend!

The place is nice, clean and spacious. Staff at the entrance is nice and helpful. It’s really near shopping centre like Harvey Nichols etc. Lots of restaurant nearby.

Superb”
Great sized and equipped rooms - so much space and a great bathroom too. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Really good value for money and the location was spot on for us. Only slight negative was that the restaurant/bar doesn't serve lunch and shuts at 9.30 but can't fault it aside from that.

Excellent stay for family with kids”
Great location. Wonderful amenities with a kitchen and a washer/dryer in the room which makes travelling with kids easy. The room is spacious too.

A great stay despite A/C not working on 1st night”
We stayed in Citysuites for 2 nights. Front desk officer was welcoming and he waived the early check-in for us as we arrived almost 1pm. On our 1st day, aircon not working (faced this twice in UK hotels that we stayed in). Informed staff about this issue - no maintenance could be done yet but we were kindly offered portable fan cum heater unit which worked out so-so. They eventually upgraded us to a bigger room the next day which was thoughtful of them. Apartment looked clean, modern and pretty. Location is excellent which is so near to Arndale Shopping Centre and malls along Market Street e.g. M&S and Primark :) Housekeeping could be improved.e.g.the kettle was not cleared and had mouthful amount of coffee balance from previous guest. Bathrobes and slipper - only 1. Desite all these iasues , we found this place good to stay. Will come back again. Hopefully, air-con is maintained

Last minute booking and cheapest option available to us. Very impressed, fantastic rooms with mini kitchen, pool on site and reasonably priced parking nearby.

Everything is perfect and impressive. Nice staff, full facilitated kitchen and bathroom. GHD hair dryer, the White and Co bath and shampoo, small swim pool and hot tub on the ground round, 24th gym is available. Everything is perfect for long travellers like us. Only downside probably is the bottle water in the room will not restock every day.
