Excellent location”
The apartment itself was very clean, had important things like kitchen roll, washing up sponge, soap, shower gel, shampoo, foil, cling film, towels, hangers, ironing board and iron. The kitchen had a full fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave and a toaster. The balcony had a great view. Parking for our full stay cost £20 which was okay, however some of the residents smoked and threw ash on our car with cigarette buts which was not nice. The location is a 10 minute walk to the Bull ring which was excellent.

Lovely apartment in the centre of Birmingham”
Amazing value for money, whole apartment, clean with complete facilities. Only problem was deposit was more than a single night stay and was a shock as not mentioned before arriving however for a longer stay the deposit would be a good price.

This apartment was exactly what I was looking for, excellent location for central Birmingham. ”
Very comfortable bed, good shower with plenty of hot water. Kitchen facilities had everything you need, including dishwasher. Parking can be a slight issue as there are limited street parking spaces. Although there is the opportunity to purchase a space at a cost of £10 pn All in all I thought the apartment was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay there again when working in Birmingham or surrounding areas. The staff were very helpful and polite.

Fab receptionist who made booking in quick and easy and was very helpful with our queries. £200 deposit on arrival was a bit steep but it was returned within 4 days. Great facilities in apartment which has the most amazing location.

Location is good. Parking is available at GBP 10 per day. There was a bit of a mix up though when we decided to extend a day and paid for 2 days before our initial scheduled check out. Oddly, they were unable to convey this to the cleaning crew. They came in thinking that we were checked out when we still had an extra day. Another problem was that they do not reply to emails sent via agoda before your check in. I originally had questions that they didn't bother to answer, plus I also wanted to extend a day even before my scheduled booking, but again no answer. Then when I had to extend after my arrival, the price was higher than if I had fixed all this online. Overall though, the apartment is good, nice location, facilities were sufficient for a business trip.

Requested a smoking room to arrive and be told that one isn’t available. Manager informed us that we could smoke providing we were stood by the balcony. Security told us he had not been made aware

Location very good, facilities better than expected. Would recommend a bit more attention to detail when it comes to the upkeep of the place due to constant daily use. All in all a good experience.

Very angry when arrived and they asked for £200 deposit, but when manager seen we where a GENIUNE family they never took a deposit, after staying I understand why the deposit used by many working girls. The room was very large I would stay again for sure, clean and tidy room
