Traditional older hotel Excellent sea view location overlooking South Bay / gardens , food good quality - service a little slow - but not over priced. Good range of Breakfast options Good indoor pool and spa facilities clean and welcoming. Hotel Rooms spacious and good standard and refreshment facilities tea/ coffee/ water and peculated coffee & biscuits - rooms serviced daily TV good signal , exec room has one at end of bath !! . On street parking free with permit or limited hotel car park daily charge applies. A nice place to stay or for a treat booked four rooms and total 10 nights all more than happy with facilities -prices are good for a quality stay.

Lovely hotel in great location overlooking Scarboro South Bay , pool is tiny but perfect for a plunge after a sauna / steam room . Nice staff , good food . Perfect for a bit of self care and recuperation after having a rough few months …

Beautiful hotel, room spotless, staff lovely and the spa was amazing. Well organised around covid safety. Only complain is that our room was too hot even with the radiator turned off and the window open all night.

Hotel and staff really good. I thought i had booked breakfast but hadn't. Two 6 year olds with us and breakfast very expensive. Unpacked our things in one room which had no see view then asked to move due to maintenance issues which we did and moved to a sea view room. Mini suite. We were there to celebrate my 60th and friends 50th and took our grandaughters for the experience. We all had a lovely time. Catered for gluten free in the restaurant.

Good Hotel would recommend, girl at reception could smile a bit more as she's the first point of call for customers, but overall very good.

Lovely swimming pool and spa facilities. Bar food was really good. Rooms very clean ,comfortable and generous tea , coffee etc. I would definitely stay again.

A pleasant stay bedroom was well equipped and large especially the bathroom, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

When the booking was made via Agoda breakfast was included, however when we checked in at the hotel, they said breakfast would be continental and not English hence we were charged. The hotel indicated this is an issue with Agoda

Hotel looks lovely from the outside. But is shabby on the inside. Not worth the money. They charge £10 an hour for early check in plus if you want to park in there carpark its £14.

Great location but tired hotel”
Location was fantastic but available sea views very limited we moved room due to stained sheets, hairs n bed, view was a wall with heating pipes, rooms really tired Devon room was again tired had to ask for pillows to be changed they were stained and smelly , room had not been cleaned properly lots of conwebs
