Overpriced!!!! ”

£255 for 2 nights. Rock hard bed. Air con didn’t work in the room. Shower barley got Luke warm. Find somewhere else to stay if you go and visit this lovely city. Don’t let this hotel ruin your time there!! I will not be staying at the Heeton again, extremely disappointed!!

Was dreading visiting having read the reviews after we’d booked! We need not have though. Room was large and clean and the beds were comfy.

Noisy but excellent location”

The hotel is in an excellent location but, during the late-night or early morning, we could help people outside returning from bars/pubs.

Very BASIC ”

Very basic, the pictures make it look soo much better. The main reception area smelt very clean and fresh, as you walk up the stairs it had a musty smell, it got worst as we continue near our room. The carpet was filthy with Marks in the hall way. In are room we had a broken chair in the room, broken bedside lamp, the shower was dirty and bedside wasn't clean. I had use baby wipes and hand sanitiser to clean the areas. I did report it to reception and the manager on duty did come up and had a look he did agree that it was not up to standards and he took the chair out of the room and asked if he could help, he did offer to change us room. On the plus are beds were clean and comfortable. In a nut shell you get what you pay for. Will I stay again, no thank you.

If this hotel was as cheap as the travel lodges then I would give more points but it is not. The place is similar to to a travel lodge but its twice the price. I payed half the price at a travel lodge just around the corner. Bed is OK. Clean and basic. Shower is hot. 2am and 4 am roudy drunk outside my door. Bad sleep.

فندق قريب عالواجهة البحرية في ليفربول "ألبرت دوك"والسوق "ذا ون" والمطاعم ،قريب منه سوق مركزي "تيسكو" ،الغرفة كبيرة تسع لطفلين اضافيين ، نظيفة ،الموظفين ودودين جدا ويساعدون اذا طلبت منهم ، الغرفة لاتحتوي على ثلاجة لكن لما طلبت منهم لأن معاي أدوية وإبر السكر كلموا مديرهم وجابواي الثلاجة ،السعر جدا معقول.
