Rooms are not that spacious”

All very clean, some staff needed training in how to issue a credit card receipt and be a tad more engaging !! The rooms are small and having the TV in the corner gave me back-ache trying to watch at an angle, but hey I'm nit-picking!! Meals were Ok, however the breakfast croissants and pain-au-raisin felt as though they were 2-3 days old.

the surrounding of hotel was absolutely outstanding and the rooms was beyond our expectation. check-in time was soo fast and efficient with friendly and helpful. getting foods was also soo easy, i.e. only nearby within walking distance.

Lovely stay, at a budget price, the staff were great, lovely views over the Dock and river from the restaurant, food and drink was lovely at a very reasonable price for a hotel,, the room was a little small, but had everything you needed, the beds was nice and comfy, the shower was a little small, but all in all, a great hotel, at a very cheap price in a great location.

Staff were very welcoming and very helpful. Food was very good quality, great selection on the menu. Ate breakfast and dinner here both nights. Room was ideal for the type of stay we had. Location also good, not too far from the city, and is walking distance! Overall really enjoyed our stay.

Walking around Liverpool”

Hotel very convenient for centre of Liverpool - it's a short walk along the waterfront to Albert Dock. , Enjoyed a trip across the Mersey to see the U boat exhibition, visited the Cathedrals, the Cavern and other numerous significant buildings of which Liverpool has plenty. We ate at the hotel for breakfast and one evening meal both excellent.

Needed a place to shower and sleep mainly, and the price was very reasonable. No lift was disappointing, dragging heavy cases up stairs. Luckily only 2 floors to go up. No decent hanging space for clothes, but as we were only there for the weekend we managed. Shower was tiny, kept knocking the tap off with my elbow and sticking to the curtain. A few days here is fine but you would struggle if you stayed longer. What bit of food we ate at the hotel was very nice, but we ate out mostly. Let's face it though, you don't go to a hotel to sit in the room all day, so was adequate for our needs. Staff very friendly. Overall I would stay there again. Good value for money.

over night stay, for attending a concert at the arena”

Located in a great position to access the arena. And a short walk from the city centre. Easy to spot the the side of the road, though access to the car park is a little hidden, you have to use the casino entrance. The hotel is in good condition and clean, if compact. The child's bunk above the double seems a good use of space, if a little unusual. Did not have a meal or breakfast. But we did have a alcoholic drink, the prices were very reasonable.

Very pleased with the hotel for the price we paid. Rooms basic but had everything we needed for overnight stay. The staff were lovely, ordered us a taxi and were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Great value”

Stayed here midweek to attend our daughters graduation. Ray to find and get to being just outside the city centre but still within easy reach of the city and the cathedrals. Hotel is well kept with friendly staff and the view across the docks at breakfast made for a very nice start to the day. The free parking for residents meant we didn't have to worry about feeding meters all day which was one of the main reasons for staying here this time. A very clean and tidy hotel which I would recommend.

Just what we needed”

Lovely stay, could really do with a better shower, it's not a luxury hotel but it does the job for a weekend away shopping. We were there for a gig, it was cheap and cheerful (didn't break the bank) I've stayed here before and will be staying here again 😊

Birthday Weekend ”

Really good. Staff were polite and friendly . Any questions we had were asked . The room was of good condition and comfy . The distance is ideal ( unless it's raining and even then it's only £7 on a weekend to park all night) We will be visiting again !

The hotel concept is so good, like as the interior of the ship, this place is very close to the Albert dock area, just walk around 5 minutes to get there. It's free parking if you bring the car.

I didn't expect the hotel to a great place to stay for a short trip in UK. The standard same price for 3 star below, compare with London hotel and this hotel are far too good.

Is a stone's throw form the waterfront and city centre - you can walk everywhere. The staff were very helpful.

The location is fine ... if you do not mind a depressing walk along a busy dual carriage way... through a no man's land of semi derelict places...so much for popping out for a nice drink in the evening. Technically it is at the outer hedge of town centre... not a town centre feel though. I asked for a QUIET room --- so got the one by the stair case (no lift) and facing the dual carriage way --- very noisy even with ear plugs. Very depressing too, The "shower room" is a cubicle like the one you find on ferries (EXACTLY like it) --- you also find them in Formula I hotel style along motorways on the continent--- which are fine when you pay 30 euros including breakfast NOT when you pay £100 with no breakfast!!!! So the only thing good is the parking and may be the view on the docks at the back on a good day. Frankly unless you pay very little for it, choose somewhere else, It ruined my week-end. I do not know why the reviews were good --- no idea. I would not have chosen this without them,

Wifi was a problem ”

Everything was fine, except the Wifi, it wasn't connecting half of the time and wasn't stable, Whiel I know that it was for free, in today's world, a stable, quick and easy connectable internet is very important to most customers. Everything else was as good as excpeted.
