Weekend visit”
We used the hotel mainly to sleep while we visited our daughter in Glasgow. To be honest we did not have time to use the polo or gym on the visit. The room was a good size , well decorated with modern furniture and bathroom. The bed and bedding very comfortable too, the only downside was a noisy resident returning from a very late night. We will use this hotel again.

Very clean, fantastic facilities, good location, we find it very quiet. Staff very helpful, restaurant/bar very reasonable, good menu. Leisure facilities a very good bonus. Highly recommend to friends and family.

Best hotel location in town”
Staying in double tree hotel was very pleasant for me and my family. The staff was responsive towards all of our needs during the stay. Furthermore, they are very informative when it comes to the detail information about the service of the hotel. The only downside of the hotel was that the bread given during breakfast time was not warm enough to be consumed - specifically the croissants and the waffles. A suggestion would be to try to keep the pastries warm for the breakfast time. In conclusion, the overall stay was very fun and filled with a lot of memories that me and my family make, can’t wait for our next stay with double tree hotel 🌳

A couple of things could be improved the hairdryer in the room did not work and it was to late to get replacement so had to leave feeling annoyed after great stay. The pool was good needs but a bit of an upgrade and sauna and steam room not available. The wait to get in was short for us 10 min but could be as much as 30 min maybe a booking system would work so people had a time slot. Otherwise a really nice hotel with a smashing team of dedicated workers. Location is excellent

DoubleTree Glasgow were amazing. Staff very nice giving us plenty time over dining, leisure , and excellent help checking in and out. I would definitely recommend.

Booked and paid in full with Agoda, but when I got there I was told that the room with 2 queen beds that I'd booked had been let out. I was offered a king-size, but as I was there with my teenage son neither of us fancied that option, so they said they'd ring round and find the same room in another hotel. However, after looking they realised that they'd made a mistake and my room was available, and to apologise for the mix up they gave us our breakfast for free. I thought this was great customer service and it would certainly make me want to book with them again as it's good to know that they look after their guests. The room was spacious and I slept like a log. The breakfast was fantastic there was something for everyone. The only small gripe I have and I hope that they will address in the future is that when they get around to replacing their TVs - please make sure you have an HDMI available for your guests to plug their devices into .

It was a nice hotel with good location close to city centre. However there was limited toiletries provided (soap shampoo conditioner only) , where in Hilton based hotel I would expect they provide toothbrush, paste, cotton ball ,etc. No microwave whatsoever, no fridge (Agoda should revise those bits) . Indoor pool is nice but capacity only fit around 10 people? More than that felt very crowded.

Hotel room was well kept and tidy. It's a 7-10mins walk to a nearby eateries. Lots of food and casino nearby. Would book it again.

The room is comfortable, but far away from the station, especially carry the luggages. The breakfast is good.
