Great hotel but with some issues”
Check in time was 3pm, we arrived at 4 and one of our rooms wasn’t ready. So we headed out for dinner, came back at 6pm and it still wasn’t ready. At this point we were moved to a different room on the same floor, unsure of why we weren’t just given this room originally. We were given 2 free drinks to compensate and it wasn’t a huge inconvenience. The rooms were clean and well presented, bathroom spotless and staff really helpful. Housekeeping tried to get into two of our rooms several times before we’d checked out which was irritating, they should be using some sort of system to know which rooms are empty surely rather than continuously disturbing us? One of the rooms also had a breakfast supplement added on at check out despite us not having breakfast so I’d recommend you check the bill. I would recommend as everything was dealt with swiftly but I did expect better from Hilton.

Great location”
Definitely a yes for me, my hubby and i went there to watch a match. Walking distance to the train station and overall its a nice and clean hotel.

Excellent location, only few mins walk from manchester piccadilly station. Front desk staff is very helpful, my mistake on check in day (1 day later) but they allow to move my book 1 day earlier and not charge me any extra! Thank you very much, appreciate!

Lovely staff and great place to stay while in Manchester. Easily located right across the station and 15mins walk away from the main streets and restaurants.

Lovely hotel - would recommend”
Very clean. Good location. Use a parking app to find best rates nearby as the local big ones are expensive, but there are some very close by for good rates if you know about them via the apps. Breakfast was a little hectic - very busy, with a long cue to go in the restaurant. Although once in, the food was lovely. Rooms were lovely and clean, with plenty of space. Would recommend. Bar downstairs is quite expensive, but these are expected prices in the city centre.

The location is great, a 2 minutes walk from Train station and convenient access to various locations! The staff are great courteous and polite.

Room is clean and new. Location is right in front of train station. Staff service was excellent Only problem is can hear the train sound early in the morning and can hear next room noise.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Location was on point… staff accommodating and thoughtful. Breakfast and our rooms were as expected. Ideal if travelling with older children. It’s a shame there were not more facilities such as spa but overall couldn’t have found anywhere better in the local vicinity. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Best place to stay in Manchester”
The hotel has the best location for those you would be working in and around manchester. It is right outside the Piccadilly station. The rooms are clean and the staff is very courteous. The only downside is that they charged my credit card twice even though I had checked out. I authorised for 2 days breakfast which was charged immediately. Then they also charged me when I checked out, which was followed by another similar charge. I finally blocked my card.

King duplex suite”
I stayed with my husband and 9 yo son in the king duplex suite. The room was amazing with stunning views of the city. Spacious, comfortable and included everything we needed for a great weekend away. Only downside for us was there was no swimming pool on site. This would’ve been the icing on the cake.

I can check in without waiting till 3 pm the room is ready . The front reception was very helpful when I request to have a receipt under my company name.
