Cheap but comes at a price”
It was a great location and reasonably priced. Staff were very polite at reception. That's where the positives end. To check in I had to walk to a different building, which nobody told me about in advance even though they called to confirm booking. The hallways and corridors smell and never seem to be hoovered. The room smelt damp and the radiators rattle. Several light bulbs didn't work. It's a shame, because with a little cleaning and maintenance, it could be a lovely apartment. It would be acceptable for a weekend with friends, but as a romantic break, I wouldn't book again. And the car parking is £15 per day. Bear in mind there is an NCP next to the apartment charging the same price , it is strange the offer a car park several streets away from the apartment! Also staff at check in were very hesitant and due to inexperience, I was billed twice for the room. Upon check out this was resolved by staff at Dream Apartments. An average apartment which is reflected in the price.

A very disappointing stay”
My husband and I stayed at this property last year & enjoyed our stay very much. So much so when we rebooked to return to Liverpool it was a no brainer for us to chose to stay at the Dream Apartments Water Street. We stayed 5 nights in total and was extremely disappointed. The rooms assigned to us where located in noisy areas, the rooms did not appear to be completed, one of the windows wouldn’t close & rattled all night. We asked to be moved at one point and request was complied with. Although this was an improvement the room was located on the 4th floor, given that this property does not have a lift, carrying two heavy suitcases up and down 4 flight of stairs was not fun.

Weekend stay”
We arrived at Water Street Dream Apartments for a 3 day break. The entrance was not appealing and reception was down a corridor. The apartment was on the 2nd floor with no lift so had to struggle up two flights of stairs with suitcases. The apartment was quite small. One bedroom had two single beds and the other room had a bed that can only be described as a 3/4 bed. No way it was a double. There was suppose to be 5 of us in the apartmentwhen i booked, two teenagers, a couple and an 81 year old woman with 3 beds!!! Fortunately mum didnt come. We had to put one of teenagers in the 3/4 bed and get an extra pull up bed for the other one and put two single together. The windows were small and dirty so not mych light came through making the apartment appear dark. The location was great, near the liver building. But dont think we will be returning.

My husband and I had a weekend in Liverpool and stayed in the Dream apartments in Water street. Very central, easy access, staff very pleasant and all that you need for a weekend and longer. Would recommend.

Cold in Bathroom and lounge room. Lack of utensils for cooking and dining as an apartment. Good location, within walking distance to attractions.

Good location”
All good except no lift. Need to carry luggage up the stairs. Those who may have difficulties with stairs should take note. Otherwise overall quite satisfied.

No good”
You transferred my group from your apartment to base serviced apartments. They were not what we had booked with you! Two double beds and a sofa bed is what was there. I had booked 5 single beds with you. Myself and another travelling companion had to sleep on the floor with no bedding at all

Location is not ideal”
They charged £200 for deposit, however they refund the money in one day after we checked out. The room doesn’t feel very clean and the bathroom is small. There was a guy knock on the door at 10 a.m. just to ask if we’re going to check that day.

Clean spacious and friendly”
Huge apartment chock-a-block with everything you need,(but no cutlery?) and a lovely on suite with a very decent shower and endless hot water. Very friendly helpful receptionist and in a very good location for a decent look around.

Hotel as such very good, refabricated. car park 10 minutes walking distance from hotel and it’s paid. Receptionist are good and helpful but hard to find them at night. Access to property is so easy that anyone on the road can knock your room door, and scary. Security is the major concern in this property. Watch out.

สัญญาณ wifi แย่มาก แทบจะไม่มีเลย สุดท้ายต้องใช้แต่ดาต้าจากซิมโทรศัพท์ตัวเอง เป็น service apartment แต่ไม่มีอุปกรณ์ทำครัวเลย มีกะทะ แต่ไม่มีตะหลิว มีจานชาม แต่ไม่มีช้อนส้อมหรือมีดสำหรับทานอาหาร แม้แต่ช้อนชงกาแฟก้อไม่มี ทั้งที่มีแก้วกาแฟกับกาแฟให้ เพราะเรามาพัก service apartment ก้อต้องการของพวกนี้ ซึ่งปกติที่เคยไปพักมาหลายๆ ประเทศ เค้าก็จะมีให้ทั้งนั้น ชุดเครื่องนอน ผ้าเช็ดตัวมีให้แค่สองชุด ทั้งที่ระบุไปแล้วว่าพักสามท่าน พอไปขอเพิ่ม ก็ขอชาร์ทเพิ่ม 5 ปอนด์ต่อชิ้นต่อวัน
