So the hotel it's self is located in such a great spot so near the main shops, the staff were so friendly and welcoming even the security guard was so friendly and approachable and helpful the room was clean, comfortable and suited our needs. I would most definitely stay here again

Budget hotel for those that need a Bed!”

I stayed here for a few days, it was as described but I had not realised how small a space it would be. It is fine if you simply need somewhere clean to sleep but it becomes Claustrophic if you spend any time relaxing in the room.

Great value for money”

The price I paid to sleep in the centre of one of the UK's major cities is just quite incredible. If you are fine with basic but very decent lodging and just want to have a convenient base to explore Merseyside this is the place for you. Having a 24-hour reception is also such a plus, now that more and more budget accommodation places are unstaffed for most of the time.

we have choosed 1double bedroom no window , disappointed experience , look like confined room., no space for nothing, we barely can walk , terrible., if you have luggage or bagpack no space at all.

The staff were reasonably friendly, but i don't like the fact that you can't make a cup of tea of coffee in the room. However, the heating in the room is pretty good

Great price and location ”

The hotel was right in the city centre, close to train and bus stations. The room was great for the price, basic, maybe a little small. Room could have been a little cleaner as there was a pair of dirty socks under the bed upon moving in. Aside from that, it was overall a great for a short stay!

This was my first time staying at this hotel and I found it in the perfect position very near a lot of the places where tourists go like the docks ,Matthews street and many more places. The staff were friendly and helpful , defiantly will be using this hotel again.

Great place in the heart of the city”

Highly recommended if you need a place right in the centre. Small rooms, but very clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
