All pros really like a hotel with 2 sets bunkbed in room big tv in room with free view great location right on river shops just a block away asis central station hydro 20 walk straight walk easy to find all in all a big thumbs up I’ll certainly be back

Good stay for short period”

The private twin is good in size. However only clearing the bin but don’t change linen or vacuum floor. Kitchen practically no basic pans or utensils though rather clean. Wifi is not working very well.

Got free upgrade and staff were nice”

When we checked in into a twin-decker room, there was an issue so they upgraded us to a double bed and single bed! The staff were very helpful in helping us to co-ordinate a Lochness tour as well! Location is pretty decent too.

Good for basic accomodation”

The location is OK, near to train station but I took coach so it's like a double of the time but still within 15 mins comfortable walk (popular areas with stores along the street). The room is OK with 14 people, get your earbuds ready it'd be OK. The shower rooms and toilets were just too basic, maybe they can add more hangers on the walls..but anyway with that price I was expecting no more than a bed and shower so still recommend

Great location and Amenities”

I enjoy staying here. The location is very central. The front desk staff and cleaners have amazing customer service. Very basic rooms, but cozy. The amenities are fantastic if you are looking to stay for a while.

Hostel with hotel concept”

CON:Need more chair at the kitchen. Kitchen need to open after 10pm. 10pm is too early to close. Kitchen is very dirty and lack of equiptment. Spiring mattress is so outdated. Its giving noisy everytime people is moving. Also not suitable for heavy person. The spring is too soft. PRO:got nice bar(but kitchen close at 9pm) . Private toilet. Nice room. In town centre.

Great Location”

Generally good and clean. Located close to the train station which is very good and convenient. Staff is pretty friendly. Only 2 things that I'm not really satisfied with - Quite noisy at night - Heater is not working

Good Location ”

A little bit expensive, there are two shower rooms and two toilets in the dormitory room. Toilets or shower rooms separate from bed room, so it is convenient. If you want, We can use kitchen at anytime, but no tea and coffee. It is the central of the city and near the Metro station. You can walk to Glasgow cathedral and Kelvin museum from there. It takes about 30 minutes.

Fair”

The cost is relatively cheap but alittle further away from glasgow central. The space is decent, but walls are paper thin and able to hear talking from next door. There is tv, the wifi is fast. There is no electric kettle or items for making tea/coffee.

Hostel - not to be missed”

Good size room, clean and located near Glasgow Central station. Convenient to walk to Buchannan shopping district and eateries. Spacious lounge / living area and kitchenette for meals prep. Good value for money. Stayed in a twin room dorm for two nights, but should have stayed longer. This is one hostel that is comfortable for a longer stay.

Convenient location”

We had a really early train to catch so we decided to book this hostel but were pleasantly surprised by the value we got for the price we paid. The hostel is well run and situated just in front of a pretty river and bridge. Major attractions are nearby. The hostel facilities are very decent and we especially appreciated the modest ensuite toilet and shower facilities.

within walking distance from the bus station and close to the city center. my 14 female dorm was really clean & neat, had sufficient space for walking, individual cage lockers below the beds, good heating, individual charging points/reading lights for each bed. my favourite part was the ensuite bathroom facilities; there were 2 showering rooms, 2 toilets, 2 sinks. these are all located separately across the room so there is no need to wait for others if you want to only use one of the facilities.

Dissapointed”

I missed my flight so I have to do late check out. I sent a message to the hotel via Agoda, telling that I will do late check in. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told me that the room has been given to someone else and there is no vacant room for me. I also asked for public toilet or shower so at least I can change my clothes, but they don't have it as well. In the end, I didn't have any chance to stay in this hostel. Very disappointed.

A bit expensive in Glasgow”

This is the only hostel in Glasgow city centre. I was upgraded to a four female ensuite room. The room is quite large with a bathroom and a toilet. We can see the river from the window. The kitchen is not that well equipped when compared to the hostels I have stayed. Also, it requires one pound (or two pounds, I can't remember..) to store a luggage.

Good location, clean with kitchen”

Hostel located well with lot of restaurants around, walkable from bus and train station. Clean. WiFi hardly works, check in at 15:00 and checkout at 10:30, early check in and late checkout will cost £3/ person separately. If u want to keep baggage in baggage room it will also cost£1/bag. Rooms are very small. Kitchen is horrible. Definitely not for couples or families.

Always good value. Private rooms available with bedding, towels and ensuite shower room. Bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Clean and cosy.

Worst terrible hostel experience in my Europe travel.”

I don’t know whose fault but that shouldn’t be mine. I have booked a 4 bed dorm on Agoda, but the hostel gave me 14 bed dorm which made me really disappointed. And the hostel reception said that what they have got from agoda, but they didn’t show me the booking information that they have got and reject my request that to have a copy of it. I have showed them my booking form which shows 4 bed dorm, they still insist and would not change the room for me unless I pay more money to get it. Anyway, I changed the room with additional fee. Because I prefer a quieter room after a long trip. I don’t know who should take this responsibility but it shouldn’t be me. Now I have to contact with the Agoda agent to discuss this problem without any strong proof and the hostel dosen’t help me! Ha, interesting. Well, anyway, the room is ok and clean. Everything is good in here. I am just complain with the booking and the check-in bug.

Wrong room”

Basically I booked a bed in 4 beds room and received a bed in 14 beds room. I believe those rooms have different price too. I was too tired to go back to the reception, spend more time and get the correct room.
