Everything was perfect when I stayed in this hostel. The staff were super nice. The room was very clean. I stayed by myself in the dorm for 2 nights. Very happy to stay with them. Very good location, highly recommend this hostel to everybody. Only one thing I have to mention, they don’t have kitchen, if you want to cook, forget it.

Great location friendly staff”
Great location in city centre short walk from both train and bus stations. Only thing if your a early sleeper request dorm not facing right out to Matthew steer bar area as music plays can be heard until 2am. Otherwise all was great.

Excellent service and location is very accessible👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼. Also they have luggage storage where we can left our bags after checkout for free which is amazing! The things that needs improvement is that, they should’ve early checkin time(normally 5pm and check out is 10am) and please provide slippers.

It was my first stay in this Hostel and I would recommend it to everyone who is looking for place close to clubs, pubs. I could hear music in my room since morning, so I hadn’t very good sleep but the place is in the heart of city and you can find everything such as restaurants, fastfoods, shops around. Personal is nice and they recommend me places to visit. Also room was clean but I wasn’t very lucky and I had very disrespectful people( I am travelling around the europe and I never experienced that disrespectful people like here,but it is not fault pf Hostel) thank you for great stay!

The room is clean and tidy. But it is super noisy at night. It is located next to the street of pubs and clubs. I was like sleeping in the club.

- You can leave ur luggage(s) before check-in free of charge - I booked for female dorm. I'm quite satisfy. It's probably the only place so far with common space in the dorm room. So there's 6 bunk bed. With 1 toilet, 1 shower room and 1 handicap toilet+shower room. Also a sofa and coffee table too. The space is spacious. - However! BIG one. My bunk bed doesn't have the power socket and light!!!!! That's a big minus of this. So be aware! - Location is perfect. You can walk anywhere from here. - Staffs are okay. They are not bad but not so helpful somehow. I ask about the power socket and she said there should be one at every bed but mine doesn't have it. She said she can move me to another room BUT she can't check for me if there's gonna be a power socket at the bed or not AND I ask if I could check it myself, she said I can't. So there's no guarantee if I would get a power socket and light at the new room I move to. What a bummer.

I’ve got my room in the corner and have a big window. So our view is mathew street, its gorgeous! But somehow, in the midnight will be noisy because a lot of bar in mathew street, but its fine got a little dance from our room :))

Great Staff but NO HEATING and card key not working”
Absolutely brilliant staff that should get a pay rise and proper work contracts. However, during my visit the room was very cold and the heaters were not working no matter what button I pressed. As a consequence I got a very bad cold with a sore throat which made my stay in Liverpool less pleasant. The card key stopped working every other day and I got stuck in a corridor for 15 minutes being unable to exit. The owner is obviously exploiting the central location and avoiding investment in a new working card system. Same applies for heating which should be taken care on cold days. Avoid and book something else.

Hi Marko, we apologies for the hassle with the key card. We are aware how annoying it is at the minute and our IT and Reception Managers are looking into resolving the issue. As for you heater, did you report to the reception desk that it was not turning on? For fire safety and to save on energy, we have a central control for all heaters at reception. We turn them off from the central control when a guest checks out and turn the heater back on at a guests request when they have checked in. Despite the problems you encountered, we are very happy you thought we were 'absolutely brilliant' and appreciate you having our backs ;P

Being right in the city centre on one of the busiest party streets in Liverpool it can make some of the rooms a little noisy, but we do have some rooms available on the quieter side of the hostel which may be available on request. A good budget place to stay overnight if you can handle the noise from the pubs nearby. They go past midnight.
