Extremely Poor Hotel”
We stayed with a group of 8, there We experienced dead rats adjacent the entrance, bathroom in all rooms were filthy and stunk, the taps weren’t fixed, we wouldn’t even trust making a coffee or tea as the cleanliness was so poor.

My room was perfect for an overnight stay. A good comfy single bed and ensuite shower and toilet etc. More than enough tea and coffee and a decent TV. Great location and a 20 min walk to the centre of town. Parking for my van was now problem on the street but there is also a car park. For the money (£29 on a Friday night) I can't fault the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and breakfast as an extra if you want it. I'll definitely be back!

Unfortunatel my bed came with neither a Duvet nor Blankets.. surely the bare minimum for a hotel bed? Surprisingly though, I would say, having stayed in hundreds of hotels, that with some thought, investment, professionalism and care, this has the potential to be an excellent hotel..

great locations, only 15/20min walk to town. also has £5 secure car park, just be aware will need to do a £10 deposit for the room key. Also the breakfast was unavailable when staying...

You get what you paid, very nice twin bed room and comfy . Stuff was very friendly not like what people review. Will definitely come again.

Very basic accommodation but fir the price you get what you pay for. Staff friendly. Decor a bit tired. Noisy road outside and walls between rooms quite thin. If you want an inexpensive place to stay for one night only close to the middle of town then it’s fine.

Very small room, 1 window wouldn't open so couldn't regulate the room. Good shower and comfy bed, staff on site 24/7 & really nice.

Single en-suite Room”
Great value for money, a mile from city centre uphill, I stayed one night here but would be happy to stay again. One unusual thing in the en-suite was hot and cold taps both ran hot water so a bit weird brushing your teeth with hot water, overall a satisfying stay

Needed Somewhere Reasonably Priced to Stay Overnight in Newcastle. This fitted the Bill and Agoda provided the Best Priced Deal. Secure On-Site Parking was £5.00 per Night. Reception Staff were Polite and Helpful. Would definitely Stay again.

I was disturbed by violence and threats made by a couple to staff at 3am in the morning after drinking. There was no working TV, for the duration of my stay despite several attempts to fix the problem. It was extremely noisy throughout due to the fire doors in the property being used at all hours of the day/night.

This was an inexpensive hotel and was OK for the cost. The room was cramped but clean. The area it is in had many good middle-eastern and Indian restaurants.

Very disappointing stay ”
I stayed at hotel with my mother for 3 nights. On our check in day the lift was not working. The management did not fix the lift or offer to carry our bags. I had to carry my bags up two flights of stairs. To make things worse the room was even more disappointing. I have listed things that really upset us over the past days: - only one towel was provided for a twin room - the towels were not changed - bathroom floor not cleaned - sheets not changed and barely tucked in - the floor was not vacuumed - the kettle provided was crusty and dirty inside. - the room windows would not close completely - the ironing area is downstairs Next to a toilet! The greatest let down was the inefficiency of the management. Despite having complained about rooms not being cleaned and towels not being changed/enough nothing happened. It got to the point that I had to remind them multiple times to give us fresh towels and had to personally carry my towels to the room.

Location is unsafe, told by staff not to walk to town. Rooms small. Had to change rooms 3 times and was still no better. If its not buzzing you hear its doors slamming.no soft closure on them. Booked a double ensuite and ended up in a twin.. for my anniversary. The shower just dribbled so we only had the 1 over 3 days as no clean towels or room no
