Stayed here with my two daughters for 4 nights. The room was a fine size for the three of us. Hotel and room very clean. Bathroom has plenty of towels and toiletries. Room has kettle,tea and coffee, but no biscuits. Hairdryer, iron and iron board also in room. Very good selection of food provided at the breakfast buffet. Hotel very central and right beside tram and bus stops and very near train station.

The room was clean and had a perfect size for me and my friends. We had a room for three. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The location was very central and there were many shops available. I would definitely take this hotel again if I came to Berlin.

Best part of Berlin”
All was a positive experience. You'll love the breakfast, the beautiful room. The hotel is on a busy street with 6 lanes of traffic and 2 tram lines. BUT you can't hear ANY street noise. The place is soundproof. Love Love that aspect. 6 minutes walk to AlexanderPlatz train station which is how we arrived from Prague/Vienna.

Good comfortable stay”
We stayed at the property for 3 nights with our 3 year old. The rooms were clean and comfy and breakfast spread was good! The location is good with public transport options nearby. I wish they would provide bottled water and a dental kit free of cost in the room. The room is perfect for a couple and a bit congested for a family of 3. Would recommend.

Great hotel: Pros: -Great area -Clean, nice, new hotel - Amazing breakfast Cons: -Not a central to all the sights hotel, but Alexandraplatz is great for shopping and food and general good vibes!

Stayed here in Oct 2019 for 4 nights. Staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English, and helped me with my very basic German. The room is a decent size for a couple, a bit small for 3 adults which we were. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was nice, very good shower, and toiletries and bog roll all good quality. There was a large screen TV, and air-con. The free buffet breakfast was amazing, full cooked breakfast, also cold meats, pastries, fresh fruits, assorted teas, coffees and fruit juices, all help-yourself to as much as you want. The bar area was comfortable and relaxing. The very efficient trams run every few minutes from a stop 50m away from the door, or it's just a 10 minute walk to Alexander Platz. Highly recommended.

Nice clean modern hotel within walking distance to the S & U Bahn. Room supplied with tea/coffee/shower gel/shampoo etc. Breakfast buffet good and varied. Gym has everything you need. Parking provided underground. Let down by no restaurant to serve meals, just a choice of four snacks!!! And on the menu it says they could run out of these too.......REALLY!!!! Business computers provided to print out flight tickets etc. Friendly staff. Would recommend despite the lack of restaurant.

Very accessible to local transport. Near malls and dining areas. Near the center (Alexandersplatz) so it is easy to navigate wherever you plan to go. Room is very spacious, love the free breakfast that goes with the reservation (wide variety to choose from). Environment is safe

Great hotel and location”
The breakfast was tasty with a lot of variety. The rooms were good, but lack of little fridge which could improve the stay. The gym was well equipped and the staff was very nice.

Gem in the crown of Berlin! ”
Exceptional location, value for money and standard. Brilliant facilities really clean great use of space and fabulous breakfast choice. Have stayed in higher rated hotels of which this hotel exceeded in terms of above. Really recommend this hotel as great base to explore Berlin.

Easy check in big hotel but comfortable and cosy , rooms spotlessly clean beds comfy (soft pillows though) breakfast very nice lots of choice , you can book tours and get Berlin card from hotel , very helpful all in all happy would go back ,

It was a great experience to stay this hotel for my vacation.”
The location of this hotel was pretty nice, but it was a little bit confused to get bus 200. When I entered my room first time, I felt sth humid on the carpet. Of course, time went by, it was disappear. On the bright side, staffs of this hotel was pretty friendly and really helpful. And there is a small size gym in the hotel so it was great to keep my health! :) I bet If I will go to Berlin again, I would stay here again!
