Very nice hotel in a super convenient location”

Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The location is the main drawcard as it's only 5 mins walk to the airport. The food was surprisingly good - we were a bit wary as they obviously have a captive audience with no close eating places nearby, but we were pleasantly surprised.

Stayed at Hampton hotel n Bristol airport as our flight back from Greece got us in at 2230 hours, too long to drive back home to Cornwall. Very impressed: modern, clean, easy to access, and a great breakfast buffet. Will definitely choose again next year!

Pre flight stay”

Excellent hotel. Cannot beat location as right opposite terminal building. Room was excellent with everything you could want and more. Even an iron and ironing board (full size) was very useful as my coat had become very creased on coach. Did not have the breakfast as we were flying very early but noted the cooked breakfast started at 6.00am and buffet at 4.30am. Check in was efficient and staff courteous and professional. Would highly recommend this hotel for early departures from Bristol Airport. Told a lady on our coach about it and she booked in there instead of a b&b 2 miles away she had already booked, said she loved it. Would highly recommend.

Excellent stay but avoid the evening meal!”

We loved our stay .... bright, clean room with all the facilities you'd expect and more but oh dear the food in the restaurant was dire!! Honestly if Premier Inn can rustle up a freshly cooked steak at a sensible price then why not Hilton by Hampton!!! However they do get full marks for an excellent continental breakfast served from 4am - well done on that front!

Excellent Airport Location ”

Hotel was very clean and comfortable and provided a good basic standard of accommodation. Location was excellent as the hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance of airport terminal building. We would definitely stay again should the need arise.

Excellent Value for Money”

Friendly reception staff made us feel immediately welcome. Check in was straightforward and efficient. Very comfortable beds, room temperature was just right for us. Despite being in an airport out room was quiet with practically no noise from outside the room. Facilities in our room were very good, the toiletries in the bathroom smelled lovely and were good quality products. We ate in the Restaurant, our meals were served quickly, well presented and reasonably priced. It took us about three minutes to walk to the airport from the hotel! I was so impressed I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to family and friends.

Early flight stop over”

Stayed with a toddler. Room big enough for a cot as well as a double bed. Really clean. Easy to walk to the terminal with a pushchair. Parking is £1 for 20 mins - ideal for unloading then moving to long stay.

A nice quiet hotel at the airport. The bed was comfortable with a good shower and sofa. Breakfast is available from 4am with a choice of cereals, pastries, yoghurt, toast and fresh /dried fruit and drinks. There's also make your own waffles. From 6am there is additionally sausage, eggs, bacon, hash browns etc.

Friendly and efficient check-in. Clean, quiet and modern room. Would’ve liked to have opened the window to get some fresh air, but it was locked shut. Beds were comfortable but no choice of pillow firmness, and the ones provided were very soft. Breakfast was good, but more availability of healthy options would’ve been appreciated.

We had an early morning flight back to HCMC via Dubai and the Hamptons was a great choice with a great location to make our travels with a baby that little more relaxing! Just a short walk to check-in made all the difference.

Cold comfort”

It was one of the coldest nights of the year. The heating in the room was off. We could not turn it on. There were no instructions and the control mechanism was unintelligible. Reception said they would turn it on remotely but nothing happened. After complaining again we were told the staff did not understand the system and that, although they had asked for written instructions for themselves and guests, none had arrived. Staff then said they would turn it on fully but why, on a very cold evening, it was not turned fully on from the start was not explained. It eventually worked but we spent a very cold 3 hours waiting for it. Simply not good enough for a Hilton

Nice and clean. Food was very good. Lots of breakfast choices. Children were very welcomed. Room could have been a little bigger for a family and I found the children’s bed very uncomfortable but probably for a child it would be ok. We felt it was slightly overpriced in comparison to others we’ve stayed at but due to the location worked well for us.

Correct Titles”

I confirm that this “hotel” should be called a “Hampton” rather than a “Hilton”. It is a quick stopover before catching a plane, not a luxurious home for a holiday. As such it is excellent. Another way of putting this is that it is a plush motel. The restaurant provides a very basic, but adequate, menu in an acceptable, indeed a very pleasant, environment, but is not where you would choose to go for a special meal. It does what it says on the tin and does it very well.

The room was excellent - totally quiet and clean. The staff were very helpful - so helpful that when the bus didn't arrive to take us up to the airport the receptionist said she would push me there in my wheelchair - uphill all the way! At which point the manager was informed and he drove me there. No-one could have been more helpful or kinder.

We arrive at 12am got settled into our room then got hungry and had food available 24/7 we love this place and just want to go back just to stay there!

It is ideal for travelling as it is only a 5 minute walk away from the departure gate at Bristol Airport also they have a closed walkway from the hotel to the airport.
