Spacial room with imperfections ”
The room is spacial and roomy enough, everything sounds nice and the toilet is clean enough; The only imperfection is the error message keeps popping up on the faulty air-conditioning in every 2-10 minutes and shuts after; This also affects the ventilator of the toilet stops in between, sounds pretty annoying; Luckily this is happening on the spring/winter days where still acceptable, but not on hotty days in summer.

Really good value at the rate I booked (although not seen it anywhere near that price since). Nice, clean, quiet room. Modern, clean bathroom. Cooked breakfast great, if a bit chaotic queuing. Highly recommend.

Decent hotel on the edge of nortern district”
Good hotel with nice interior & breakfast although no options for different eggs for example when we stayed it was just scrambled eggs, but was help yourself which we liked & also the takeaway option. No fridge in the room & we didnt really get the room serviced during our three night stay. Had some toilet roll & towels put on the bed but no tea/coffee replenishment & dirty towles not removed/bin not emptied so housekepeing wasnt up to scratch but we we warmly welcomed, allowed to check in early which was great and was offered advice around transport etc. A young team which was nice to see but could do with improved housekeeping & different selections at breakfast as a little repetative & some items lacking if you went late. Would stay again but not sure about recommending to friends at the moment

Shocking stay”
The room was 2 hours late meaning we couldn't get ready for our event and were late. The air con was broken and we asked for a fan, we didn't get one even after we were told we would. A light flashed all night as the bulb was going but it couldn't be fixed so it felt like I was sleeping in a Disco.

Nice hotel. Location is slightly out of way but only a ten minute walk from the arndale centre and the northern quarter. Breakfast was good. Staff are pleasant.

5minute walk from AO arena . More relaxed stay over rather than rushing to catch last bus or train .

Lovely new hotel. Ultra fast elevators :) Breakfast was very nice as well and the internet fast enough to watch TV via VPN. Lovely.

Disappointing ”
Stayed here one night. Firstly was surprised to be asked for a £30 deposit which was added to my room price which I was not aware of until arrival. The room was ok but cold on entering..marks on the walls and shower tray stained and empty conditioner dispenser in the shower. The duvet was thin and seemed quite small for the bed. For a Hampton Hilton room really disappointing. Breakfast was ok but it was like sitting in a school dining room. Staff were very friendly and courteous but I will not be back. Decided to stay in Manchester for another night but not there. Premier inn for me..better value and better rooms and better duvets!!

Nice hotel but the cooked breakfast let them down sauages tasted like candle wax!! Everything on hot plate were cold!!! 24/7 food was expensive for what you got & the drinks were very expensive at the hotel bar!

Schönes Hotel an zentraler Lage, 5-10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne, gemütliche Lobby und die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

הגענו למקום אחרי יום של נסיעות והאירוח קבלת,, הפנים הייתה לבבית עם חיוך, החדר היה בדיוק כפי שתואר מסודר ונקי ומאורגן. בימים שבהם ביקשנו שלא לנקות, חיכתה לנו בכניסה לחדר שקית עם מגבות להחלפה, קפה, ניר טואלט בקיצור כל מה שצריך. עזבנו מוקדם בבוקר ודאגו לנו לצידה לדרך, מונית שתגיע בזמן בקיצור ארוח טוב מאוד. תודה לצוות.
