Best receptionist ever (the one in the evening)”
We arrived in the evening and the receptionist at the front desk was really nice. Not only did he recommend all the sightseeing spot at Bath, but he also briefly introduced the building of Henrietta house to us. The next day after we checked out and went back to the hotel to reclaim our luggage in the evening, we ran into the same receptionist and he offer to help us take the luggage to the street. Such a nice guy! The breakfast was really delicious and the staffs there were also helpful. Next time I visit Bath, I definitely will stay at Henrietta house!

Met the needs of 2 adults. Reasonably priced. Any problems or concerns personally resolved by staff immediately with a smile. Excellent location and services (like books to read). Felt very safe and comfortable. EXCELLENT on site parking out back is worth the nominal charge.

My Favorite ”
This was probably my favorite place to stay on our 2 week trip to the U.K. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious! Our room was adorable! The front desk was very helpful for recommendations and questions. They even packed a lunch for us when we wouldn't be there for breakfast one day. The location is perfect - within walking distance, but on a quiet street.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is central and extremely clean with helpful staff The breakfast was also excellent We will stay at this hotel next time we travel to |Bath

Great location, nice hotel ”
Overall a good stay. Would recommend they oil the hallway door on the third floor which squeaks every time someone walks through and can disturb sleep. A bit more attention to detail when cleaning and fitting bedding.

Good hotel for an overnight stay in Bath, close to rugby ground and town centre only a very short walk away. Bedrooms are on the small side with no wardrobe space and bathroom very small!

Wonderful location, but we were downgraded to a tiny room in the top floor. Not impressed with the stay and very overpriced.

The hotel is going through a move, yet that is no excuse for the poor management. Room + our room was nice, good sized and cozy overall. - The bed sheets were old and had a few stains. The shower head isn't adjustable. Management + staff were friendly and very helpful in finding a safe place to store our bikes for a day - we left our bags before check in and they weren't brought to our room when we checked in Breakfast - the breakfast was a disaster. Long queue of people waiting to be seated, despite the many tables available. We waited about 10 min to be seated; guests' first sight was a bar covered in dirty dishes. Staff were taking orders without writing them down and unavoidably got them wrong, Food was served without cutlery. Our breakfast took over an hour, while we were in a hurry to leave.

Overpriced, room wasn't great - broken toilet seat, faulty electrics and patched up wall damage. Staff weren't warm and welcoming. Location was best part.

The hotel was beautiful i loved the decor! Location was perfect right over the bridge and walking distance to bath abbey.

Good place to stay for a night. Unfortunately, the AC is dead when I stayed there and there is nothing anyone can do. The room is very small, but the bathroom is really nice.
