Very convenient hotel”
We traveled down by train, so just outside the station. And short walk to airport in the morning. Menu not as good as it could be. Very English menu. Should be more world wide choice. But very good hotel.

Only stayed the 1 night but it was a nice hotel. Rooms as you would expect in a hilton. Staff really friendly. Free shuttle to terminal on demand. Nice bar and restaurant. Only ate pizza which was nice so cant really comment on the food. Booked through agoda as I had reward cash to use up so made it a great value stay.

For a overnight stay pending catching a plane its a great location. Expensive just for a bed but hey the airport is just on the door step. Room as expected clean, some furniture needed replacing though! Dissappointed that there were no fruit infusions in the room only tea coffee or chamomile. Also no hot chocolate , asked if any in the hotel and the answer was no! Very bad for a chain this size. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Good free transport to the terminals if you don't want to walk the 10/15 minutes or so crossing the roads.

Great airport layover”
We stayed 1 night before our long haul flight the next day. Right next to MAN airport but the hotel also offers free shuttle. Check in very smooth and lovely staff, the hotel is stunning, however I was quite dissapointed by the room. It's very small, and I felt very cramped in there, none of the little lamps or lights seemed to work and for a Hilton I feel that the selection of teas etc was very poor for the price. This may be picky but it's little touches that make your stay, and we have stayed places half the price with much better. Breakfast amazing, plenty of choice and really like the separate station for GF, I am not GF but think it is great when they realise importance of allergies, also offer soy milk. Dinner in the restaurant was also very nice, and reasonable price for an airport hotel.

Stayed overnight before returning to Australia, Great location with shuttle bus to airport ,staff are helpful , breakfast had a good selection.

A 1 night stay before we flew. I needed lots of pre flight paperwork printing, and the staff were amazing and ultra helpful, especially the receptionist called Alice.

Lady clothing from previous rental”
Good location for airport. Breakfast were nice, gym room a bit too tight for the machine. Checked in and found lady clothes in the TV cabinet, staff sort it out immediately.

Disappointing ”
This was not my first choice, but the Radisson Blu was closed for some reason. I stayed on the 3rd floor, this hotel has extremely thin walls. You could clearly hear people talking in the halls. It had central a/c you could not adjust the heat/ac from your room. Restaurant had a limited menu. No transportation to airport although with limited luggage you could walk. More 3 star than 4.

Naomi on the front desk in particular went above and beyond to make sure I had the most pleasurable stay and was very supportive to the fact that I had just had to say goodbye to my mum and was returning to Australia.
