Never disappointed ”
Have stayed here previously and the high standard is still there. Rooms clean and beds super comfortable. Location ideal for exploring the city centre although the nearby parking fees are on the steep side. Well worth paying extra for the buffet breakfast

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for my 30th staff were friendly and helpful and room was immaculate, bed was really comfy with a nice view. Only thing I would say is if your a light sleeper the noise of the trains coming and going my keep you awake but you can’t expect any less when your next to a train station. Would definitely stay here again

Had a great time celebrating my husbands 50th birthday. This hotel is in a great location close to the city centre with plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Close to Oxford Street Station. Great if you want to shop. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay extra special. Great restaurant with fresh food and an excellent choice for breakfast. We visited Cloud 23 bar. I personally thought it was a little bit over priced, but it was a lovely setting. The hotel rooms I felt were a little bit tired with worn carpets and furniture. This was the only downside and would not put me off future stays. Would definitely like to return. Thank you to all.

Facilities are amazing and the bar was great. Breakfast was lovely. I always trip beds to help house keeping. Mattress was stained , however topper was clean

The staff were fantastic, we thoroughly appreciated that every staff member was wonderfully polite and friendly in every interaction. The facilities were closed due to social distancing so I can't comment on them. The staff at the front desk were great in advising places to eat and things to do. The views were wonderful from the high floor were requested. The walls were a little thin and the bar was relatively basic.

The hotel is fantastic , we was only in overnight for a couple of nights, we enjoyed the stay , unfortunately as the window is enormous the room was not very warm but fine after being in the duvet. The issue is when asking for an upper floor we was given a floor which was on the 9th floor. But overall a good experience

Having booked the Hilton mainly due to the fact it has jacuzzi and pool facilities we were told only upon arrival that the pool and jacuzzi facilities are unavailable this should have been stated prior to booking as this was a special occasion it too the shine off what should have been a good memory. Also upon arrival we were charged for a breakfast which I had to argue the point we had it included under the original booking after which I was refunded.

Nice hotel but was no-frills”
When you book a room at a 4/5 star hotel, you expect a 4/5 star room except unless clearly stated otherwise. Room carpet was filthy, no bathroom slippers, no drinking water in the room (had to order a bottle for 11 quid- not cool!). Not a lot of character in the restaurant. Otherwise, great location, civilized staff and easy check-in check-out.
