Eagles concert 2019”
This was a fabulous hotel. The room was crisp, clean, with aircon ! Yay ! Needed it on a really hot day ! The beds were comfy with a choice of firm or soft pillows. Shower was easy to control but could have done with a bit more power. We were offered a room on the top floor which was great. Absolutely no disturbance at any point. The staff were all helpful and friendly, can't be faulted. After the concert we came back to the hotel and had drinks in the bar and a pizza. Thought the prices for a hotel were very reasonable. The hotel felt secure with a security guy on duty when we returned late Saturday evening, and keycards operating the lift going up. I would highly recommend this hotel for its central location, comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Excellent location 5 min walk to New Street Station. Smallish rooms but nice lobby area with bar for meetups. Good free English breakfast with decent coffee.

Mostly fine, it's quite new with spacious room. Prime location with walking distance to city center and library. We choose it because of breakfast included. It is basic but enough. We stayed there 1+1 week, I have paid through agent but they asked me to pay again. They refunded the next day but I lost $ exchange rate. When I made another booking the 2nd week, another staff asked me to pay again, this time of course I refused to pay again. It seems they don't recognize whether customers have paid or not, which may cause over charged. Finally, we move out and need a taxi with capacity for 4 big luggage, The hotel staff has tried his best to call a big one but the taxi company send a small car instead, which causes me trouble and delay.

Room comfy and clean. Shame about the breakfast. Poor selection, poor quality, no staff to replenish breakfast, no staff to clear tables. All, and I mean all, had used cutlery and plates left from previous. When I say no staff, there were plenty but clearly unable to do their job. Won't be going again
