A friendly welcome and a lovely room with all you need , clean and comfrey. Stayed as going to Lowry and was perfect also for catching tram to town . Breakfast was impressive . Good choice and lots of it . Again all staff were helpful and wanted to make your stay very pleasant. Used the car park added bonus . Will be back . Thank you

From the minute we walked in as a group of 4 we was greeted with a warm welcome, staff couldn’t do enough for us. (Especially Jack). Breakfast was great, bar open 24hrs (managers discretion) and the rooms were big enough and clean. There’s a tram station a short stroll away to get you anywhere you’d like.

Stayed here to attend a comedy night tab at the Lowry. Staff were polite and helpful. Room was on the little small side but it was nice and clean and the bed comfy. Parking was only £4 a day which is cheap for Manchester. Would most definitely use the hotel again if I was to attend the Lowry theatre

Only stayed one night. Easy, quick check in. Comfortable room. Decent breakfast with restaurant overlooking the quay. Walking distance to the Lowry centre and IWM North. Great value.

At the price there can be no down sides. Anything you could point out as being an improvement would obviously push prices s lot higher which is quite unnecessary with all the amenities available in the area. One of the outstanding features is most definitely the staff who has a whole are brilliant and make the stay really pleasant. Will definitely recommend.

Some issues were happened during the check-in process, the first impression for the hotel is not good, even they have provided the early check-in to us. Except for the above issues, the most staffs in the hotel are friendly, the take away breakfast buffet is good, the room is clean, the room viewing is great as well. Finally, thanks Agoda on helping to settle the problem that happened in the check-in process, will continue to use Agoda for booking the hotels.

Event/game days maybe review procedures for check in. Got to hotel at 1 to check in and we cldnt check in till 2. Mentioned we were going to day/night game of cricket and said we would have to check in after game which was fine but the problem was everyone else got told the same thing. So at end of game you had everyone trying to check in. The line was out the door. It took us 45 mins in the line at 10.30 at night to check in. It was the last thing you needed after a long day. I’m sure some rooms were available for people to have been able to check in earlier in the day.

great location if you are attending a game at Old Trafford or Manchester United. Other wise skip the hotel and stay somewhere in Manchester City. Hotels there will provide a better value for money

My only complaint about this hotel is that the three times I came down for breakfast, there were no supplies available to replenish either the yogurt or the bananas, which might happen once - but three times in a row and for items that are uncooked and not instantly perishable??? This is unacceptable, especially for someone who doesn't generally eat the other items that were on offer (either too many carbs or too much sugar or fat). Please fix this problem and please also provide some healthier options - e.g., unsweetened granola/cereals, milk alternatives, real butter, natural yogurt that doesn't contain gum/pectins and compote that is not so sickly sweet. I travel frequently and honestly can't remember the last time I stayed anywhere that ran out of breakfast items.

Overall it was okay and seems a bit inconvenient for non-driving customers as I don't see any bus stop there. Maybe tram/train?

We can walk to Old Trafford stadium for the match even though it took us about 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty nice and the room was clean!

I loves staying at this hotel. It is so much value for money, near to tram station (8mins walk) , near to mall and restaurant, and near to Old Trafford stadium. Staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and bathroom as well. They provide everything in the room. Love it and would love to come back.
