Fabulous ”
This was my first stay with Holiday inn express and it was fantastic !!! The staff was nice and friendly, especially Jordon in the reception area was very very nice and warming guy who made our check in easy. Secondly, both room & powder rooms were cozy and upscale. Thirdly, cafeteria was not the less. Finally, it was a great experience in this hotel. And I would definitely recommend this hotel in terms of Cleanliness, Comfort, Friendly Staff and Budget.

Pros: very clesn rooms & bathrooms.love the interior, lighting.paintings. very modern looking, FREE parking on site, safe box in room, SUPERB breakfast provided with room rate, fast elevators Cons : No closet in the room, lobby area was still in some touch up works with "Do not cross signage", outside hotel view was a warehouse & parking, NO toileteries, NO free bottled drinking water in the room

Lovely clean and very modern hotel. The beds were very comfortable and so was the sofa bed and the ironing board and iron was a treat. Would definitely recommend

Affordable shared one night with two female business colleges, near the Eventcity where I was working perfect. The only reservation it was a bit noisy in the breakfast time and I missed my mushroom for breakfast.

This hotel is a bit far from the city centre . However you have a huge shopping centre just a few minutes away walking. Depending on the time of the day Uber can cost quite dear to get to the hotel. The breakfast is nice, with cooked and continental option. Our room was a bit hot on the first night and staff was very responsive moving us to a room where the aircon was working and even gave us a complementary bottle of prosecco

Comfortable stay”
We spent 2 nights here. The hotel looks new. Rooms were nice and very comfortable with spacious bathroom. Location is a bit far from city center but very close to Trafford Centre which is a huge shopping mall. Hotel has big car park but by late afternoon it's almost full. Hotel staff was very helpful, though not overly friendly. Breakfast was good quality, though not a lot of choices.

Good and convenient place to stay”
I had booked this accommodation the week before coming, and it was comparable to Travelodge and Premier Inn, but inclusive of breakfast and Wifi, which was good. Tasty breakfast, not too oily, with spaces to sit due to the high turnover - situated where there is lots of sun - bonus! Bed got made every day and bin got emptied, but additional cleanliness - room was not hoovered unless requested, and mugs not cleaned and condiments not filled up, so I had to call downstairs to ask them to bring some up - not something you want to do at 10pm after coming back from dinner. Staff were very obliging to do so, and with a smile. Convenient drive to the Chill Factore, where my course was held. All in all, a good stay, with minimal fuss, despite a few things lacking, so overall positive. Will stay here again if I come up to Manchester.

Good value for money”
hey. We stayed here for three nights and had an excellent stay. The hotel was of high standard, had clean rooms, good breakfast and nice a smart tv. The only thing was missing was that the air condition stopped working at 6 o clock in the mornning the first night , and was not fixed . So it was very warm the rest of our 2 nights , but otherwise it was very good. we also missed a mini refrigerator and a minibar, but for the money it was exellent

Good stay overall”
Location would have been excellent to walk to Trafford centre but pedestrian access impossible due to roadworks. Lift not working, no signs to remind people despite asking. One nice staff member was serving someone else when we got there and 5 other people behind the counter failed to even acknowledge us. The same gentleman was polite the remainder of the holiday. Breakfast staff great, especially with my young child. Food great. Parking great. Great access to restaurant next door but was extremely busy. Would stay again for the good price that we got

Full of drunks in the lobby”
Came for breakfast at 6am and the place was full of people sleeping it off in the lobby, quite strange at that time of the morning to allow people to be sleeping all over the furniture who are mostly drunk.

Worst stay”
Rooms had staines on the floor so didn't feel to walk around. Beds were the most uncomfortable and if you have kids they convert the sofa into a bed which feels like a bouncy castle!
