Terrific Value”
We stayed overnight as we had an early morning flight out of Glasgow. The room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Although we thought breakfast was not included in the price we paid we were told on check in that it was. We were able to have a nice continental breakfast at 5:30 am the next morning. Then we had a leisurely stroll to the airport terminal which is literally a few minutes walk. Every hotel employee we encountered was polite and helpful and our stay represented terrific value for money.

Closest Hotel to the airport ”
The hotel is literally across the road from the check in area and car parks. The staff were really nice as was the breakfast. For the convenience of the location you won’t get any better. I would stay here again.

The staff and service here during this lockdown situation was amazing second to none. I will be rebooking for another few days until I get details from the funeral director for my son funeral. Brilliant staff and service. Thanks.

Very good, but could reduce single use plastic”
Very good hotel, excellent location, efficient staff. Toiletries in bathroom could be presented in paper/card wrappings, instead of plastic and waste bins do not need a plastic bag liner at all - empty it and wipe it clean; the bags normally collapse at the bottom during use anyway, so the bins must already need to be cleaned by hand now

Super convenient to the airport (just across the street, a three-minute walk). Very friendly and helpful staff. Not the newest or fanciest facilities, but perfectly adequate, especially if you're catching an early flight out next morning. Glad we stayed here!

After a poor visit perviously I swore I wouldn't go back but the location of this hotel is just so convenient it can't be beaten. Lots of improvements this time, staff were friendlier and bar service was much quicker, although still very expensive. Only cons were the lack of disabled-friendly rooms (no walk in showers available) and it's about as far away from the airport bus stop as it's possible to get. But breakfast was nice and it was an easy walk to the check in desk in the morning.

Friendly and clean”
Only issue I have with the hotel is the two doors into the bar where people come and go. Both doors open at the same time allowing cold air in and smell of smoke.

We were in room 119 but the heating was extremely noisy like a jet in the room ! we were eventually moved to room 101 where it was still very noisy but better than before, although we were unable to leave it on all night due to the dreadful noise.Sink tap in the bathroom was faulty and very loose,cold water was just a trickle. Tricky to wash hands as hot water was not not cooled sufficiently in the mixer tap. Bit missing from under toilet seat. Bulb out in entrance hallway. We were fed up by this time but couldn’t face complaining again to staff. We stayed there previously and were very disappointed in the deterioration in the rooms. Also both our chairs in the dining room had very loose backs.The staff as always were excellent and breakfast was super. We will not be staying here again unless hotel is vastly improved.
