GOOD BUT LACKING ”

A very comfortable hotel close enough to the centre. Rooms clean but on small side. For the room rate the breakfast was seriously lacking. More than 1 hour before end of service and a full dining room of guests still to eat, the hot items were almost all empty. I assume on a Sunday they are aware of peak customer flow and would prep accordingly

Pro for the hotel is that the Staff is friendly, very helpful. The housekeeping services is tiptop. Con for the hotel is that it is secluded in the industrial area. But for me that is not the problem. Totally worth the money because you feel comfortable sleepy at night. Got lift also!

I was given a room with a door to an adjoining room (Locked) So the sound proofing was not going to be adequate even if the next door occupants were quiet.However the the couple that moved in were loud and were arguing with each other from the minute they moved in using profanities in every sentence. I was out until late and was hoping my neighbours would have been in bed by my return,unfortunately this was not the case. I reported this to the staff who had a word with them but this did not resolve the problem. By 1/2 past 12 I had had enough and went to reception to complain again The manager did go and have have another word, I went to the bar quite wound up by now and two very expensive double gins later he informed me that they were now quiet I returned to my room just after 0100hrs and yes it was now tolerable but as I had an early start I did not get the best nights sleep I required

Excellent stay, faultless”

I was only staying one night, got an excellent deal through Agoda. The hotel is new, with all the amenities one could wish for in the rooms. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even provided me with a phone charger as I had left mine at home. The room was clean, quiet and with an excellent bed. Excellent shower too, free WiFi and working TV (not always the case!). Only negatives, the breakfast would have been a pricey £12 extra (did not have it so cannot comment on it) and the room was a little on the small side. I would recommend highly and would definitely go back if visiting Manchester again.

Not Ideal”

Room was dirty and bathroom was filthy. We spent minimal time in room however if we were to spend more time we would have certainly complained. Room was noisy from the road outside..

Lovely and helpful staff. Breakfast cost £12pp which was very over priced. It cost £130 for 3 people for a night. We hardy got any sleep. The room was next to the lift so we heard the lift working all night. The floorboards were very squeaky. We heard the people above us walking around the room from 7am on a Sunday morning! We was rudely awaken counless times through the night by drunken guests. The best was at half past 4 in the morning where a group of girls were screaming, shouting and swearing because they couldnt find their room. As a result of the lack of sleep we had we will definitely not be returning.

Comfortable stay”

Comfortable clean beds, decent sized tv. Coffee and tea and hairdryer available in room. Heating was controllable (also has air con) . We opted for breakfast in bed which was prompt and on time but ridiculous for a 3* at £12 plus £5 for tray hire!?, the food was barely warm when we received it. The staff were more 4*, they were lovely and polite, more than I expected for a 3* hotel. All in all the room is pretty basic but clean. The hotel itself is very modern looking with a bar, dining area near the check in desk. The hotel has its own car park so no parking fees. The area where the hotel is situated is quiet and is a short drive to the city centre around 7 mins. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Convenient stay to and from Manchester airport”

A pleasant overnight stay before flying out. Ample parking. The restaurant was a little awkward with many items 'off' the menu.

great stay. went to see the football, great shuttle service to stadium. close enough to deans gate for restaurants and bars

Room is clean and big, have a bath tub so I enjoyed a nice bath there. But this hotel is not good for people who don't have a car as it is not close to any station. Plus you need to pay for the internet which is expensive.

Modern uitziend hotel”

De tapijt ziet er oudbollig uit. Er zijn niet veel eet mogelijkheden in de buurt, maar het hotel restaurant is wel oke. Maar wel engelse prijzen. Ontbijt buffet bevat het standaard assortiment. Personeel is vriendelijk.

ถือว่าไม่แพงสำหรับแมนเชสเตอร์ อยู่ใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวและตัวเมืองมาก ขับรถ 8 นาทีถึงดาวทาวน์ และ 7 นาทีถึงสนามบอลแมนยู ถ้าเดินเท้าอาจจะลำบากนิดหน่อย เพราะรอบๆ ไม่ค่อยมีร้านค้า ที่จอดรถสะดวกสบาย อินเตอร์เนทเร็วดีมากค่ะ
