Lovely, quaint rooms with en suite facilities. Good location just outside the city walls. Friendly staff and reasonable rates. Only downside is no lift to upper floor if you needed one, but otherwise quietly perfect.

Really bad travel experience”

First of all, what I want to say is this hotel does not worth the money I pay. There is no receptionist at all, and I have to call at the reception using telephone and wait for them to come to check-in and check-out for me. Firstly, the manner of the receptionist is poor and unhelpful. We have told them we have got heavy luggages and we want rooms at lower floor, but we finally got the highest floor. I think the staff in this hotel sees customers' request as nothing. Secondly, the hotel stated that it provides free wifi. However, my family and I could not even search for the wifi as we were staying at the highest floor. I choose this hotels because it offers free wifi, so I think the services of this hotel make me feel it does not worth. Thirdly, it also stated that there is free parking space. However, it is just a "space along the road" only. I feel really disappointed with this hotel.
