A cut above the rest”
We love staying at this hotel. It's clean, spacious, unfussy, beautifully simple in its decor, but at the same time feels really luxurious. They pay attention to detail in all the right areas - customer service, generous size of rooms, lovely bathrooms, and really good bath products and teabags! The reception staff were incredibly understanding when we asked to move to a room further away from the lift. It's pricey but worth every penny. We'll be back again and again.

Never Disappointed at Hope Street”
Another lovely stay at this stylish and well located hotel. The hotel is undergoing some refurbishment so there was a little bit of noise during the day but this didn’t detract from a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Good Hotel”
Lovely staff and rooms, good vibe about the hotel and restauranmnt. ate in the in house pizzaria which is lovely, only downside and not ythe fault of the hotel, a drunk couple shouting at the top of there voices between 2.00 and 4.00 am resulting in a crap nights sleep

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location ”
Was staying here for a work conference at the metropolitan cathedral, which was ideal as it was a short stroll down the road! Room was lovely, spacious, comfortable, brilliant facilities and Ren products as a bonus! Staff lovely. Bar a nice area to unwind with a drink, can't fault it! Only thing I would say is it is very pricey,.but worth it!

Lovely modern hotel in great location for exploring Liverpool. Food delicious in restaurant. Welcoming and friendly and very helpful reception staff.

Top hotel in Liverpool”
What a great stay at Hope Street hotel. Lovely hotel with great decor with a lovely chilled feeling. Location is spot on and surrounded by restaurants and bars slightly away from the madness! Will be returning as it’s become my go to hotel. Also the staff are amazing… really amazing.

Whilst the view from our room was somewhat disappointing, the overall impression of our stay was one of a quality hotel and we would certainly look to stay here again.

This was my third stay at this fab hotel. Ideal for the theatre opposite. Had a great suite with fantastic views of the city. Highly recommended

Plenty of Hope”
vey nice hotel opposite the Philharmonic Hall in Liverpool, plenty of decent restaurants in the area, including the hotels restaurant. Very close to the two Cathedrals A 12 minute walk to Central Station, and a 15 minute walk to the main shopping centre, or a £5 taxi ride. the hotel was very pleasant, quiet, but the shower took a while to get used to, but otherwise a very pleasant weekend stay.

It’s busy”
A bad time to arrive .. 5.45pm We queued then couldn’t get hold of reception at all for basic information such as to be out through to the spa .. staff all fine the resourcing was not !

Big room and big en-suite, lovely and clean, warm, bright and staff went out of their way to help.

Staff were 100% brilliant and our room albeit a bit small was lovely, modern with a super kingsize bed. My only grumble is we ended up having to pay £20 because we were fractionally over 24hrs parked at The Cathedral opposite so be careful about that.

Room was average. Made up as a twin, even though I’d booked a double. They did change it but no apology. Quite grumpy. Not much attention to detail, time on digital clock not been changed, tv remote needed new batteries etc. This is an expensive hotel, not a travel lodge. One receptionist was lovely and lent us an umbrella which was sweet.

Apart from the coffe machine and some old brickwork in the room this has nothing to recommend it over a premier inn.
