Far over priced place looks like a Stalag but you know what the bed was comfy the staff took 40 mins to cook a microwave meal for 2 I don’t blame them they just didn’t know what they were doing it’s a 45 quid stay every day of the week I paid 3 times that due to a concert 300 meters away, I’d get something further away and spend 30 quid on two taxis

The best hotel I have ever been to. The staff made my stay super comfortable. I will definitely be booking with this hotel again when I come up Birmingham. When I arrived the receptionists were so lovely to me and my friend. I honestly do not have a bad word to say about this hotel. Wish I stayed longer because the staff were that nice. Shout out to the guy who was on reception when I left!! I’ll be seeing you again ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I’ll be back!!

Team were great on arrival and every time popped to bar, handy location yes.... but big let down was a really poor shower & wafer thin walls.. just glad only booked one night when was thinking of booking 2.

Loved everything apart from the low water pressure in shower. Lovely spacious room with tea and coffee provided as well as shower gels. If you make sure you have google map when exiting the train station you should be there within 10 minutes. If by car there is private Carpark onsite.

The location was good, just 15 minutes of walking to reach centre of city. The staff were friendly. The room was ok, but water pressure for shower and heating have to improved.

Location good, staff good. Rooms are very poor- dated, dirty - beds not comfortable - mould in bathroom - shower is useless. Work men surrounding area- very loud

this is a budget hotel do don't expect 5* ,excellent value for money,on site parking for £5 night through to 5.30 pm next day,location 2 minutes walk 02 acadamy 7 minute walk China town, ,20 minute walk broad st,15 minutes German markets train station ,I personal ly like to walk so excellent location..we had the twin room spacious with on suite bathroom, £33 for a night good value ideal if you smoke because you got direct assesse to outside. Staff very friendly professionals and helpful, also late check out midday. overall excellent value for money

It was ok but the room could do with being updated and it was like you were in a 1970's caravan with all the orange in the room. The shower wasn't very good too as there wasn't any water pressure.

My room was facing the car park on the ground floor, I could hear people upstairs, next door and also cars coming in/out and doors banning!

Don't let first impresions put you off!”
I will admit that if I had not pre-paid this booking I would have not stayed there, because when you arrive the first thing you see is a 3 meter fence around the hotel, (which makes it look like a prison!) but don't worry once inside the staff are excellent and the facilities value for money. The hotel is only 5 minutes from China Town and 10 from the Bull Ring, if it's not raining you can walk to the ICC & NIA along the canal in around 20 minutes, so a very convenient place to stay.

房间整洁干净，唯一床被太薄了 。周围环境安静，但对面大楼在施工，白天还是有点噪音的。到唐人街不远，步行10多分钟即到。

房间大小不错，有空间能打开两个大行李箱！对比一些英国其他的酒店算是大的了，酒店员工态度也不错的！如果只来住一晚，加上这个价格，还是值得推荐的。
