Overnight stay”
Unfortunately the Restuarant was out of use & Novotel was the alternative. Service was so slow for the 4 of us- no one else in, we thought we would be late for our concert! Later noise from other people in the corridor kept me awake. Have stayed in Ibis Styles before but this was not on a par at all.

We were allowed to book in early as our room was ready. Room very nice, tidy and had everything we needed in it. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included. Plenty of variety and the food was lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

Next door neighbours partied all night and knocked on our door at 4.30 am waited 50 mins on our breakfast the plate was warmer than the food that had been lying for a while never be back

2 of the lady staff were lovely. Couldn't have done more for us. 1 of the ladies on night duty just didn't seem to want to be there!

The staff and service was very good also the breakfast nice . But this hotel is not on Sauchiehall St which is false advertising on the website, the correct address is West Regent st , so don't get caught out .

Won’t come back ”
Booked a twin room, got asked when we signed in if we really needed a twin room and we said yes and when we got up to our room and was a normal double room. Also there was small dark hairs all over the bed on top of the covers and inside the bed.

Great hotel but not during renovations.......”
We have stayed here a number of times and it's always a great place to stay - the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our problem this stay was that floors 4 & 5 were being renovated (throughout January & February 2019) and we were staying on floor 3. This meant that we were woken up to the extremely intense sound of drilling in the room above us which, after being up fairly late the night before, was horrific. The staff were very accommodating and moved us to a different room 2 floors down but again, the next morning we were woken with hammering. Altogether, not the most pleasant stay. In my opinion, the hotel should close when these sort of renovations are going on - it's really not fair for a hotel to take money from you and then subject your 'relaxing' weekend to horrific noise disturbance..........

Great Value ”
I only stayed for one night, the hotel's in a great location, near the west end and in the city centre. The room was basic, but very clean with everything you need. The staff are happy and helpful. Would recommend if you are looking for good value.

Feels like student accommodation ”
Location was great for us and bed was comfortable enough but....shower lacked any power, bathroom door was almost impossible to open, the shower room itself was so tiny it felt very claustrophobic, half the tv channels did not work, the room was basic (Which is fine for what we needed), but it looked very shabby and in need of updating. Reminded me very much of student halls, would not return in a hurry!

Excellent.... but....”
Hotel itself was great, just one complaint.... guess its the same world over... was there for my daughter's graduation..... prices tripled for a Wednesday stay..... due to high demand as a lot of kids graduating that day! Money comes first, not customer

Like all ibis, this one is basic but the room is bigger than I expected. The wifi works very well and the room is clean and complete with hairdryer, TV, tea and coffee. Location is also good, not too far from charring cross station and short walk to Sauchiehall street. Staff is friendly and efficient. This is a good place to stay. It even has a restaurant!

2 Day stay at Glasgow ”
We are a young couple and we drove all the way from the highland to glasgow. The location of this hotel is very good as it was within the city centre and walking distance to the main shopping area. As we arrived on the xmas day, there was not much staff available to attend to us at first as the available staff was busy handling the luggages for a group of tourists that also just arrived. Facilities were very basic and there should be a microwave at the lobby for the visitors to use.
