Excellent location and staff”
This hotel is ideally located for exploring Liverpool. It is chilled and comfortable. The staff were working under COVID regulations but this did not detract from good service.

Prime location for the docks, attractions and Liverpool ones bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly. Parking is tight and is chargeable, this is cheap in comparison to other parking facilities in the area though. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Clean and tidy and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay for concert”
Room was nice and really impressive for the price. Issues were that the milk with the kettle had already been opened and half used when we went to make a drink. Room 122 didn’t feel the warmest at time and had to leave the heater on for ages. Also a slight issue with the light going out but it wasn’t a problem for us (just a note going forward)

No Frills - Room 27”
We stayed for 2 nights, New Years Eve and New Years Day. We had a very basic room that was clean and had an enormous bed in it which was very comfortable. We didn't pay a silly price for our stay when you consider what other Liverpool hotels were charging for the New Year. I only have one criticism with our room and that was a lack of bedside table or even shelf. I like to know what time it is when I wake up and somewhere to put my kindle and glasses when I read at night. There was definitely space either side of the bed for something to be put there , I would stay there again as overall I thought it was a decent enough place to stay and not particularly noisy.

A great location only a walking distance to Liverpool One Shopping Center,the bus station and the Albert Stock is right across the street. The room is quite clean and the staff were very friendly!

Weekend Getaway”
Enjoyed my time at Ibis was impressed by bathroom. Room was clean but did not like seeing the matress as the way the bed was made it left the top part of the mattress showing so I asked for an extra sheet to cover it up
