Double Room”
Place is really convenient. About 15-20 mins walk to Main Central Station. If not, exit at Arnufstrasse and take tram 16 or 17 for 4 stops and hotel will be 200m away. Room is clean and comfortable. There are free computers and printers for use in the lobby to print last minute tickets. Staff were really friendly and responded quickly to requests. Really enjoyed my stay!

A budget hotel with reasonable price”
The room was clean and the water temperature was stable. Very near to the tram station and it takes around 8 minutes to HBF. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the near S-Bahn station. There are no restaurants nearby but you may order food at the bar on the ground floor.

Pros: Decent and clean room, friendly staff Cons: inconvenient location (not near the train station), unless you r only looking at travelling by tram Personally I think with the same amount of $, a better quality and location hotel can be found.

Very new and clean. Great location that you can get to Munich Central Train Station by tram, few station away. Walking to Central station is only 10 mins.

Hotel is clean. Has alot of power sockets in the room. Near a tram station. Not far fr the main train and bus station. No toiletried and No kettle in the room so if u need hot water need to get from the restaurant. There's a laundry shop and a supermarket nearby.

Mediocre hotel with some strange quirks”
We recently stayed at the Ibis Arnulfpark for 2 nights while visiting Munich. The hotel looks brand new and the foyer was open and welcoming and check in was slick. We were allocated a room and thats when it went a bit south. The room looked worn with marks on the walls and was quite small. 3 things stood out as odd/poor. The first was there was no blinds or nets behind the curtain so you either get full light or curtains closed, this was odd as the back of the hotel overlooks a school and that extra bit of privacy is important. Second issue is that the air con does not really work, I tried low, high middle but it just wasnt doing anything..poor. And lastly Ibis emblazon the hotel with cards stating that any issues they will fix within 15 minutes, so as our shower was leaking water all over the floor I went to reception and asked for it to be fixed, sorry as its Saturday they had no one available!!! so as long as nothing happens on the weekend then your alright. Wont book again

Near tram station”
Just walk 3 minutes go to the tram station. The rooms quite noisy because in front of the hotel is tram rails.

EXCELLENT ”
Stayed 3 nights, very clean and conveniently located, supermarket ( REWE ) at about 8 min walking distance from the hotel. Free parking infront of the hotel and around the corner near the Novotel. Would recommend it and would stay there again.
