Room and bathroom was really small with limited walking space. However, with the price paid was sufficient. Quite a walking distance away from Train station too.

Budget hotel, good location”

Warning! The room is extremely, extremely small. The bathroom even smaller. My husband couldn't move in it. We found hair on the walls, and the bathroom had a bit of rust and dirt around. There's no cabinet to keep your clothes away. And no smart TV with only one english channel. But the location is good. Lots of local bars around. The restaurants are mostly international though. Breakfast isn't so bad. Very little options. Quality was just okay. Staff seemed to not like being there, so it takes a while to get stuff.

the hotel rooms face a busy road with a tram. unfortunately the facade is not good enough to keep the noise out, so they should provide ear plugs for their guests. I would not recommend it

Small room next to Munich main train station”

Investing a bit more than €80/night for a small room next to Munich main train station gives you a good base for exploring Munich. Friendly reception staff.

Luxury travel for backpackers with great location ”

Located 10mins walk from the main train station. It’s easy to spot and walk in the opposite direction to the city area. Wifi is strong and stable. Aircon facility is great. Shower sink drains slower but still manageable. Friendly Staff tries to help but techician only works day shift. Express check out works well. Will stay here again in the future.

5 minute walk to central station and about 8 minute walk to old town. The room is very small for 2 people. The room cleaners were the must helpful and friendliest!!

The hotel is near the train station, tram and the hop-on hop-off bus. The room was small but very clean. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. There are restaurants and a shopping mall near the hotel.

The hotel is located near Munich Central Train Station, easy access to the places we wanted to go by trams and trains. Many food places are near by; Thai restaurants just next door, supermarkets, laundry shop. Staff are very friendly. One bad side is no kettle provided in the room. Friendly staff. Location near to the main railway station. Good central location. Easy travel from airport. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Recommended but, please note, the rooms are small.

Room too small for this price”

We lived another hotel next street (Vi Vadi Hotel) in the same trip and realised the living space is far too small for a similar price. (Note: we booked two hotels throughout the trip in Munich for fear the first one not really good. But turns out the second one is worse...). The air-con was under maintenance during our stay (3 nights) and *you should be aware there is no refrigerator* in this hotel as you can imagine the room is very very small. Overall I would give high rating to the staff abut they can't help much as it is infrastructure/ hardware problem for this hotel ...

Small but clean rooms. Bathrooms are pretty small! If you're a tall guy like me, all the best! All in all, decent for a short stay with great connectivity to the central station and Marienplatz

Good location, small room and tiny bathroom”

Room is comfortable but basic. The bathroom is very small and a tight fit (and we are 'small' sized). Location is close to the hbf station making it convenient to arrive and depart Munich city by train (the s8 train from the airport). I think we paid a premium price due to Oktoberfest so felt like the room was overpriced for what it is however other hotels jacked up their prices too. We were satisfied overall and appreciated an early check in. A kettle, tea and coffee in the room would have been good maybe something for their consideration.

It was a just a 1-night stay. It is very conveniniently located, about 10mins from the main train station. Room is neat and clean. Good range of breakfast.
