So decided to stay here for one night for my husband’s birthday. We booked the townhouse room which was really beautiful. I can not fault the room one bit it was very clean and the layout was lovely. I also ordered a breakfast for the following morning which was lovely. The staff member who served us was the best Staff member we encountered. He was attentive and went that extra mile. However when we came to book in we were disappointed as the staff at the reception weren’t as gracious we felt as though they didn’t feel we were posh enough to stay at this hotel and it left a very bad taste in my mouth. We were stated at a bit and made to feel like outcast by certain staff members Even though the room was really nice I won’t be spending my money here again. Massive props to the gentleman on the bar and the gentleman serving us breakfast as they were the two standout employees for us. Guess we’ll stick to the premier inn!

The room was spacious, light and clean. The bathroom area is open, so it would be weird if you were sharing with a friend or adult child rather than a loved one, but it was fine for us. There is mini bar with free soft drinks replenished daily, and the fridge itself is big enough to store your milk and breakfast supplies. My only gripe was that there is no guest laundry, only a stupidly expensive a laundry service. We used Bandbox laundry instead which was walking distance and an excellent service. There was slight confusion with our booking in the system which caused some minor hassles, but the staff never made it our problem. We would stay in Innside Manchester again and recommend it without hesitation.

Nice stay at Innside Manchester”

We had our sales conference at Innside Manchester and I found the hotel to be very comfortable. Breakfast was terrific, staff friendly, room large with a comfy bed and good shower/bath. All I needed and would stay again.

The hotel has quiet location. Near oxford road and train station. Near the meuseum and Art gallery. But little bit far from Arndake city center. Quiet and nice furnished room. Good breakfast but we experienced poir wifi in the higher levels of the hotel. Good staff and room service.

My boyfriend & I Stayed here as were seeing a comedian at the Apollo. Central location, we walked into town only a 10 minute walk. Close by to shops & bars. Reception staff extremely friendly & made us feel very welcome. Room was immaculate & bed was very comfy. Breakfast was delicious & finished off our over night stay nicely. Would definitely recommend & stay again.

Neat hotel but a bit of walk to Manchester City Central”

Hotel was clean. Staff appeared to be less friendly (no smiles) but still able to support you when you asked them. Breakfast was great although the queue system doesn't work well due to the way the food was arranged. Room was neat and clean and spacious for business type travel hotel. Walking from hotel to Shopping area took about 20 mins walking, my pace.

Innside by Melia”

We were delighted with our choice for this visit to Manchester. We didnt want to stay in the centre but wanted to be within walking distance. The location is perfect. The hotel is spotless clean and bright and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed for two nights. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist. Our room was lovely. It was bright and tastefully decorated with a free soft drink minibar provided along with robes and slippers. The hotel is located on First Street, a newly developed area with bars and restaurants and next door to Home, a theatre, restaurant & cinema complex. The are is still being developed but we are already looking forward to returning in the near future. Breakfast was good, the restaurant is bright and spacious and we didnt get that crowded breakfast room feeling. We had dinner in the hotel on the Saturday night and it was lovely. Definitely recommend this hotel.
