Good stay”

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. We can check-in without contact and there is always a receptionist on standby if you need help. The room is clean and cozy. Bed is super comfortable. The only down side is our room comes with shower. We were told it will be bath shower. But it was not the case this time. But the location is good. Close to city centre and about 10mins to Chinatown.

Got very little sleep as many of the guests were very loud. One room was playing music until the early hours and then another shouting all morning. This was on a week day so wouldn’t have expected the late party. The hotel should probably monitor the halls every now and again. The bed wasn’t very comfy, the pillows are more like cushions and made to look good on a made bed rather than comfort. The location is good but beyond this I can’t say much else about the experience. I wouldn’t stay again though.

Staff very rude, building work happening which I think should be stated on the booking site as we couldn’t hear each other talk it was so loud.
