Very friendly staff, clean room. ”
Check out is 11am but you can pay £10 to check out at 12noon which helps if you're gonna go there for a night out. There was a bit of noise from the outside but it was expected because of the location.

it was in gay areas but it was nice hotel. you can walk around at night time. not too far from everything you need. the room is ok..not too bad. i think here is a good one to stay.

Travelled here for the Great Run in May 2019. Really close to city centre and the race start line. With easy access to the city. The hotel is clean and comfortable. No Catering is available on site but lots of food places near by. Canal tow paths offer a different view of a beautiful city. It's in a prime night spot so nightlife right on the door step. Easy to get to from train/bus stations. Would benefit from a guest lounge area.

Stayed on a Monday and Tuesday and no noise at all ,booked the basic room which is in the basement with no window but was very happy as these rooms have been newly decorated and were very comfortable Staff are so nice and its a short walk to Piccadilly

Great hotel if you're there to party”
The hotel is in a great location if you're interested in staying out all night, but if you're trying to get some rest on a weekend evening, it's a bit loud because it shares the street with a lot of clubs. The staff was friendly and the room had a great bathroom - clean and new. We were below ground level, so it was a little warm and stuffy, but there is an air circulator, which helps a lot.

Decent hotel; AWESOME location”
This hotel is nothing fancy. The staff are really friendly. The rooms are a decent size. The bathrooms are definitely the nice part. Very interesting wallpaper and super spacious showers. The floor of the room was a little sticky. The bed a bit flat. But the price was so low for this amazing location. Your steps away from all the gay bars of Canal St. Can't beat that!

The room that i selected wasnt as shown in the pictures. was very disappointed as it was a let down. there was no window in there too making the room become warm very quick.

Tired old and no soundproofing”
The surrounding area is really fun with epic bars but the hotel itself was way too expensive, tiny room with a flooded floor when we arrived. Could hear everyone in every other room and corridor at all hours of the night. Impossible to sleep. Shower also flooded the room. Radiators didn't work. Bed not great. Wouldn't stay again.

Worst Hotel ever ”
The Rooms are without any ventilation, the beds are bad and the furniture is more than old. All together is this hotel much to expensive for this room and it’s one of the worst hotels I ever had.

wanted to charge us in advance extra £60 in case of broken things when leaving,even we paid already”
The extra 3rd bed was broken, wasn't a proper bed for an adult. They didn't sort out the problem. Very noisy place and the people in the street could see u inside the bedroom.

Wrong date booked. Room booked at 1930hrs for the 5th march (same day as booking). Instead of the following month. Hotel contacted 2 minutes after booking to explain error. Ville hotel refused to refund booking. Ever the room was book at 1930 the same night. Cancellation charge and new booking for date required quoted was more than making a new booking via the app.

I booked a triple room but when I arrived, it is just a double bed room. They only put a small folding camping bed and made it a triple room. After one night sleeping on that bed, my back hurted for few days. Staff is unprofessional, when I went to the reception to ask about the not working shower in the morning, he was sleeping.
