It’s a brilliant place to go, right in the town centre across from the train station so didn’t have to walk far! Staff was ace, clean place, just overall a great place!

great staff great location ”
Check in was easy with on site parking. My 6 year old fell ill in the early hours of the morning, the Gentlemen on the night shift was brilliant, helping me find a local calpol supplier and helping my boy feel better (with sweets) marvellous customer service above and beyond .

The location was perfect - very clean and sophisticated. The staff were excellent a pleasure to stay.

Our room ”
Great location and really lovely hotel. The room was on the small side and our window was an internal one. We asked for a double on booking and we were given a twin which turned out ok as the room too warm for us.

excellent location, clean and friendly staff”
The location is just opposite the train station, very friendly staff and prompt in responding, house keeping did a good job when we needed extra towels. Only point for improvement is the wi-fi, seems not working or overloaded.

Took us 3 hours to check in as no rooms were available. Not enough staff.

The room I was given didn’t seem to match what I booked. When I arrived at the hotel it came up on the system I booked a twin room when I hadn’t at all. The room was really small and unbearably hot.

The County hotel is very conveniently situated opposite the station and next to the metro leading to the airport. Also it is right at the centre of town. The surrounding offers many places to eat and drink. The rooms are fine and the breakfast as well. Personal, as far as I can judge friendly and helpfull. Prices for rooms during the week seemed to me ok, at weekends prices rice. But that seems to be common.

Location is superb. Just next to the metro and railway station. Very accessible and convenient. Room not very big and acceptable.

I enjoyed my stay especially the room is very clean when I first arrived. The location is just in front of central train station. The only downside is they dont have available slippers for my type of room that I booked. But overall experience is a 5.

Excellent Location. Other than this, the hotel just TOO OLD, room too small, Toilet floors is freezing, you can hear everyone down the corridor in and out of their room,...

The only downside of our stay was room very small, so fine for 1 night. Well worth it for the price we paid.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was cold and couldn't get the heating to work. We advised a member of staff who said the heating only comes on at 2pm, in all of the rooms. which wasn't helpful at all. We won't be staying here again.
