Got an offer online so very good price. Really enjoyed the stay - clean and comfortable. Only dislike is that the toilet has no sink - sink and shower is separate. Staff were very polite and helpful. They have a kids corner near reception with a few activities including a large table with Angry Birds and a small arcade machine with Space Invaders - for free!

We stayed 1 night at the Novotel Birmingham Centre. The shops/pubs/restaurants were all on our doorstep so did not have to travel too far. There was parking underground at the hotel but we were later informed that parking around the hotel is free at the weekends. The staff were friendly and gave us late check out on request. The room was clean and there were enough towels for the two of us. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to travellers on a budget looking to stay in a decent hotel.

Location location location. Great for walking to all sites including the Vatican. Lovely restaurants and bars around but still away from major hustle and bustle.

Value on a busy night”
Having totally forgotten that it was bank holiday weekend, Novotel offered a good value oasis of calm amid the wild merriment of Broad Street. Spacious and quiet room towards the rear, tasty breakfast buffet in the pleasant restaurant. A couple of minor niggles on room replenishment (only fruit teas, no breakfast tea and no body wash for the shower?) but ideal for a stopover whilst attending a concert at Symphony Hall. Staff all pleasant and helpful.

A very enjoyable stay which was certainly enhanced even more by the members of staff. From check-in to check-out the staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful at all times. The cleanliness of the hotel was to a very high standard and the new renovation is lovely especially down in the bar and restaurant area. The location is perfect for a city stay. I would return in a heart beat!

I loved my stay here! My check in was extremely easy and the room was very comfy. My only qualm would be that the gym closed at 10pm but that wouldn’t be a problem for most.
