4 Night Holiday”
Stayed there for 4 nights for my trip into Manchester - the hotel is easier to find and only a short walk from Oxford Rail. Great value for money (though I did manage to book on a sale) , and with maccies/spoons next door, and more food a short walk away, best place to stay for me. Lorenzo on the front desk was extremely helpful and helped with a couple requests I had, absolutely PERFECT customer service! Rooms are the Novotel standard - spacious room, good bed, a desk and big TV to plug my laptop into. Would definitely be using the hotel next time I visit Manchester again!

Had a really great stay at this hotel, it’s really close to the canal street bars and clubs, also within a short walking distance to the main High Street shops. My room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful if I needed anything else. The gym was small but sufficient though I mentioned to the front desk the cable machines needed a service as they were a bit clunky! The bar and restaurant though a little pricey were really nice to spend time and with friends.

Everything was good apart from the room service”
High quality room etc, would be good to be able to mirror a phone or connect a laptop to watch a movie though. Sauna is great, you can actually add water and heat it up properly. Only let down was the food from the restaurant. Menu looked great, but the super food salad was baby rocket with (possibly boiled/steamed) veges and a dribble of oil. Real shame in a city like Manchester.

This hotel has a great location, ideal for business travel, and walking distance from the city center with great restaurants! The next door Indian Restaurant it's worth a try!

We chose this hotel because it was really close to the exhibition centre. No compliants - bed was comfortable, room was good size.

Arrived on a hot sunny day only to be plunged into darkness in room 247 look out of the window brick wall faces your window only a few feet away so room is in darkness then fire alarm goes off around 2am so no sleep but the location is good

I think one star more than uinfe room very dirty no body come to clan amizng things no telephone in the room send watts app no body reply and promise to clan after nothing happens

Room was clean, staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good. Location was 5 mins walk from train station and middle of city centre. Wonderful experience.

The room is clean and spacious. It is very near st. Peter's Square so it is convenient to take metrolink from airport to the hotel.

Excellent location n friendly staff”
1min walk to Manchester Chinatown n 3mkn walk to the nearest st. Peter's square metrolink tram station. Staff are always helpful n friendly especially Jake, a Cantonese speaking staff at the hotel restaurant gave us good advice on the attractions we should not miss in manchester with his excellent service

The service is super good, smiley staff, the Algerian lady and Pasquale at the reception desk have been very positive and very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend, the cleanliness is superior, the housekeeping staff also very attentive and I think they do a great job! Thank you so much We will come back for sure!!
