Pros: professional and friendly staff. I needed a late check out and the staff couldn't work hard enough to bring it about to what I required. Good breakfast. Good room with iron/ironing board in room. Cons: no safety deposit box in room or available at reception.

Watch out, once they have your e-mails they keep chasing you for reviews and booking again e-mails. Why companys insist on filling up peoples inboxes with this junk e-mails

There was a wedding taking place but surprisingly, we weren’t disturbed by any of the sounds at all. Good sound proofing of rooms! Convenient location for our needs.

We stayed one night, lovely hotel... Staff friendly enough but thought the welcome could have been a little better. No real complaints though as I expect everyone to be like me 😂 Can't comment on the breakfast as thought a little pricy so didn't book that. Ideal location just off motorway. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful Hotel with large rooms”
After travelling around Europe, staying in small rooms, coming here was such a relief. The room was big, clean, had hot water, good bed, english breakfast was good. There is a bus stop about 10mins from the hotel. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Decent hotel just out of Manchester”
The hotel is located quite far from Manchester city centre. The rooms could also be cleaner (my room had mould in the bathroom and leaves on the floor). However, otherwise it was really nice. It has a good gym and the staff very really nice and friendly (especially the front desk staff). Th breakfast was also good and plentyfull.

The Perfect Business Hotel Stop Over”
This hotel did precisely what I needed of it. Check in was quick and efficient. The rooms were clean and quiet (why more hotels don't have too doors like this to insulate the sound I don't know) and the breakfast was good. Straight off the motorway, so location for a stop over was also great. Finally, the amount I paid was a bargain.

Quick and easy”
Hotel was average, nothing worthwhile. Close to lake, which was pretty, but also was in a service stop off of the freeway. Pain to get to.

Dont stay here in the summer”
Stayed for one night, room was ok size wise and clean enough, air conditioning in the room was non existent, the rooms were stifling and impossible to sleep in and opening a window did not help. Asking at the desk about the aircon we were told that it was on, just a blatant lie even if they had put fans in the room that would have helped. The bar area was nice but expensive and with a pub just up the road did not make sense to be charging those prices. Would we stay here again? Simple answer NO

We never had air conditioning in the bedrooms, but it is being installed in all bedrooms from July 2022

We stay here every time we visit Manchester and have done for the last 20 years . Its a good location for our friends and family in North Manchester , very handy for the motorways to get around. The rooms are on the functional side but comfortable and spacious with a sofa in each room . There is a nice breakfast and on sight bar and restaurant in case you need it .Its not the best if you need central manchester but if you are visiting the trafford centre and have transport it works and the Price / Value combination seems good to us - although they do charge for Wi Fi access which is disappointing .
