hotel is one street away from Chinatown, room felt spacious with wardrobes and good bathroom, very clean. staff very friendly answering any and all questions. Gym on the high floor with good city views. Building location is great for walking in and around the city. Parking is in the nearby NCP CARPARK at rear of hotel, google this and learn postcode in advance. Pay hotel for cheaper ticket price. thumbs up from us...

Excellent value for money”
Hotel was lovely,very clean,staff were brilliant and helpful,only 5 minute walk to the Alexandra Theatre for our show. our only one little moan is that you need firmer pillows,far to soft and full of air,other than that excellent, Bed was lovely and comfortable,would definitely stay again,thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Was asked at checking out if anything wrong. All i could think of was that tbe air con couldve been cooler(personal preference i love it cold) setting doesnt go down far enough for me.. But nothing else it was a great stay.

Hard to fault really for the price . Particularly good breakfast and comfy bed. Car park adds £20 o day onto your bill and is an annoying walk away so make sure you unload any luggage outside the entrance first .

We could not find a single thing that suggested our choice of hotel was wrong. Excellent staff who were full of advice and recommendations. Room and hotel in general was excellent.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. My bed was huge and the bathroom a great size, plenty of room to get ready I’m the mornings. Really great breakfast with lots of options and had a great sleep in a huge double bed. Felt worth the money but would also look out for deals here.
