Great location for our purpose ”
Good value last minute booking - room was large, clean and had all we needed for our 1 night stay whilst dropping daughter back to uni. Restaurant food reasonably priced and good. Location is perfect for a run/walk in Sefton Park opposite. The only downside was our room was above the bar where a noisy patron kept us awake until 2pm, but probably a one off.

superb building situated just by the lake in Sefton Park. The room was excellant and on the ground floor too, which is good if youre a bad walker. The evening meal was delicious and enchanced by a free bottle of wine, Mondays only, wern't we lucky? So before dinner a quick walk around the park lake , up to the huge glass conservatory ( a it like Kew gardens ). In the morning it was only 10 mins drive to the airport...and we felt so relaxed. can highly recomend it.

Value for money”
Great breakfast, clean and good location. Overall good stay. Don’t expect modern luxury but overall good views and good value hotel. Lots of character to the old building set in beautiful tree lined park. 8 mins from city £8 in can 👍

Great cozy hotel on edge of Sefton Park. Was once childhood home of Stuart Sutcliffe (Beatles bassist before Macca) and walls are adorned with his photo's and art. My room was large and comfortable with a comfy bed and tea/coffee making facilities

Great location.great building. Decorating is mainly themed on the Beatles and is done really well. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Nice atmosphere in the bar . Breakfast was plentiful and cooked well. One negative I have to mention was the shower in our room ( 201 ) Almost non existent pressure. Wouldn’t stop me going back but needs to be looked at please.

If you have mobility issues, then this gem is not for you as there are no elevators. The staff were super friendly and the cleanliness of the rooms were amazing.

We felt welcome and well looked after as soon as we walked through the door. Lovely building in a great location. Food was great. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

This hotel.. Slightly out of town but is a mini museum to the Beatles. What a find. The original family home of one of the original Beatles Stuart Sutcliffe who left before that got big but still so many items on the wall from John Lennon. If you're coming to Liverpool for a Beatles experience I'd stay here as value for money is very good! Staff were great and so helpful. Thank you.

Amazing find”
Much cheaper than local alternatives, sited within Sefton Park, this non-chain hotel has a strong connection with The Beatles. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was large and much better than I expected at the price, the breakfast was cooked fresh for me and the whole ambience was good. I only booked because my go-to hotels were all full but I will always book here in future.

The staff at this hotel are always so welcoming and accommodating it's such a lovely atmosphere. Yes the decor is a little dated/tired but we do not come here to sit in our room all day. With magnificent views of the park and easy access to everywhere I really couldn't recommend highly enough.

Good clean accommodation ”
No breakfast was available & we didn’t know that when we booked, but not a big issue as we found a nearby place. Room was spotless and plenty space for 2 adults & 2 children. It’s in the process of being renovated by the looks of it., as the bathroom looked brand new, just needs a mirror over the sink 😊 Staff super friendly & helpful, bar well stocked with a good gin selection. Room overlooked Sefton Park so great view. Would recommend as it was a good price.

Great Beatles themed hotel”
The hotel was easily found on Sefton Park just around the corner from Aigburth road. It has just been and continues to be refurbished. Staff were attentive and friendly. Shower in our room was quite small! The room was situated above reception so at 6:30 onwards a fire door? Kept banging for the light sleeper not so good. Breakfast was huge and very well cooked. Lovely bar for the late evening. All in all excellent stay.

Very clean, basic room. If all you want is a place to sleep, you will struggle to find better. Shame that when I asked for a coffee in the lounge, they could only offer instant.

Good hotel with clean rooms and in easy reach of the city centre. Nice location opposite Sefton Park and short walk from Lark Lane. Value for money compared to other hotels nearby

Staff are really kind and helpful. Rob was so helpful when making the booking and Joe was the perfect host, so kind when we had a health concern whilst we were there. We really appreciated your concern for my husband. Would certainly stay again.
