Love the hotel. The layout of this hotel is like a service apartment. Big room, comfortable. Simple breakfast and lovely staff. I would go back again.

Amazing place, previous staff have changed and new staff didn’t seem bothered ! No next day cleaning of the rooms ….. I requested fresh towel from a house keeper who was lovely! Previous staff amazing…. New staff was not accommodating. Another thing n vegetarian…. My breakfast choice was cereals or bean/egg or toast. No vegi sausage or mushrooms… tomatoes..

Good but....”
I love staying here. It was reasonably priced and excellent customer service. On my last 2 occasions theres always issues with the room, cleanliness and the quality of service has dropped. You've not lost me yet, and I would recommend it, but it's dependent on my next few stays.

Stably excellent facility and services - providing a comfortable stay in Birmingham. A set of breakfast served at hub kitchen worth having as a start of the day. Laundry room and pantry are available. A short walk from the station.

Great location with only 5 mins walk to Grand Central station. Lovely and nice staff. Very helpful for all guests. I saw them patiently assist other elderly guests. Room was neat and tidy. A warm informative note in the room for me about the Christmas Market opening time. Surprisingly to have such a nice room with this price! Just a minor thing was there was a time encounter a door error. The mainstreet entrance door before getting up to 2nd floor’s front desk locked and cannot be opened. But there was no way to contact staff unless you got a phone call to the front desk. Luckily there was local people helping for the call and solved the problem. As a foreign tourist I only got a wifi SIM card without calling function. It will be a problem if I need to call for help.

Right in city centre. Comfortable, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, tea and coffee available 24/7 in lobby/breakfast room. Good sized room with comfortable bed. Didn’t use kitchenette but would be great for an extended stay.

Ideal for visiting some of Birmingham’s restaurants. Really helpful staff and as a disabled customer good amenities for my needs ( I walk using a rollator).

Inside city Centre, short walk to shopping malls & train station. Spacious room. Laundry room useful for long stay. Hotel is not located not along the road, so have to walk a distance to the road to take Uber, some hassle if you have many luggages.
