Parking availability and access was good. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. The welcome drinks and nibbles were appreciated and a pleasant surprise. My request at reservation time of walk-in shower was taken into consideration in room allocation. The breakfast buffet had a good selection.

Great location, excellent views from our studio suite (room 607). Staff informative and friendly. All facilities are available in the room, including an ice tray which was great. Good choice at breakfast and we enjoyed free drinks and nibbles from 6.30pm until 7:30pm as we stayed on a Tuesday evening. Secure and convenient parking.

First ever hotel we stayed that goes an extra mile for their guests. Notable examples include: - good room/furniture layout. - proper designed kitchen (you don't bang your head when cooking). - laundry basket in the room (laundry use is free but you have to buy wash tablets or bring your own). - 24h complementary bar that offers tea, coffee, sparkling water and still water. - evening reception from Monday-Wednesday with free drinks and nibbles for people to social. Definitely our first choice next time to Newcastle.

Short stay at Staybridge ”

Brilliant place, lovely room, great beds. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Only thing missing is net curtains at the bedroom window.

Nice comfortable rooms, close to city”

Staff were all super friendly. Room was very modern, comfortable and clean. Couldn't have asked for more. Breakfast was average not fantastic quality, all cooked on mass and brought out in big vats but was eadible enough and helped us get on our way. Location wise its a 5 min stroll to the Quayside and 10 mins from the centre of the city, or a £3.20 taxi ride! It was quite hard to find as the sign isn't that obvious on the road, even though the building is pretty big.

A wonderful stay from start to finish. The staff were great and the room was perfect. I will be staying again in the very near future and I would definitely recommend Staybridge Suites to others visiting Newcastle.

Nice quiet location”

hotel is located near university housing, so there are a few convenience stores near by. as this is an apartment, they don't provide room service, so hotel has a pantry where you can also pick up food to heat up in your room. each evening hotel offers free cheese and wine where everyone can socialise.

Overall pleasant stay”

Initially I had some unprofessional counter service by a gentleman but after I got to the room, I had no more issues. Room was lovely and clean.

Great Location”

The room is very nice, they have bathup in my room dan from my room there is a view to church. The employee of this hotel response is very good. I have trouble with the tv remote and they quickly response and change the bateray

we stayed for 1 night,to meet up with old friends in newcastle. the hotel is a good location for both the quayside and city centre. about 5 mins walk to quayside and 10 mins to city centre. the hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. i recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced quality hotel.
