Horse Show last minute stay”
Good size, clean, reasonably priced. Icing on the cake great location my daughter got to see the horses exercising from apartment. Better check in details/directions would have been beneficial whilst horse Show was on as lots of herras fencing surrounding The Block, struggled to find check in reception.

A Great Location, Great Place To Stay Quiet & Comfortable”
We had several issues with both the rooms provided but to be fair to the Block they provided adequate compensation for these issues. The location is perfect, the apartments are great except they need a bit more upkeep / maintenance and to implement a thorough pre-inspection regime by staff to make sure upkeep is in top condition when guests move in. Staff need to act immediately on complaints and not take days to respond. If these items are enacted then these apartments could be great. I come from Liverpool and hope my comments are not taken as just complaints they are about improving how visitors experience Liverpool and the Block which could and should be a fantastic experience. As stated The Block have provided compensation but I would have preferred we did not have issues to seek compensation for. The apartments are 90% it is just the 10% inspection with a keen eye for detail and good regular maintenance and up keep that needs addressing to get to 100%. These are lovely apartments, lovely outlook, great location. If the above issues are addressed then top place to stay.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. The walls could do with a lick of paint but apart from that it was a great place to stay. Staff really friendly. location is good it's about 5 mins walk from Liverpool one/bus station.

The apartment is modern and fully equipped with kitchen and washing appliances. Spacious and has a good view of the dock. The main entrance is rather inconvenient from the car park.

TV not working. Reception at the front desk (as well as the tv) was meh. Stayed for two nights but no refill for coffee/tea sachets. Water heater extremely tricky but it is the property's responsibility to sort it out, innit? For the price that's paid, it should be.

My stay at the block apartments was pretty poor. For the price I was excepting the apartment to be high standards. The electricity had an electrical fault and we was un able to have the heating on which is an health and safety issue. The bathroom had no hot water we had to go into a apartment that wasn't in use to shower. The staff were not helpful and communication skills where very poor. The apartment it's self was very plain and simple. Not worth the money!
